The excellent description of this product enabled me to purchase the exact size unit that I needed to work in my wall clock. The instructions and diagram provided were easy to understand and facilitated installation without any problem. The unit works perfectly and has a sweeping second hand that is absolutely quiet, no ticking whatsoever, just as advertised. I could not be more pleased.

Bought to replace an old clock timer that no longer worked. I had a hard time getting the hands to fit. I really had to press hard to get them to snap in place and the hands are so thin I was afraid to I would break them! All that said, once it was correctly installed (and the battery was in correctly) it looks and works perfectly!!

Very happy with this. I used this to replace the mechanism in a clock made out of a piece of cypress tree.

The kitchen clock stopped working. We tied replaced twice to no avail. I had used a similar product many years ago with a different clock. It was easy, too and I didn’t have to replace the entire clock. The kit comes with a few different options for the style of hands. Perfect choice.I recommend this product.

Like all replacements, had to adjust the hands so they did not bind. Once I did this it ran fine, but it does gain time, a lot. so do not expect to use the clock for exact time. It did save my mantle clock when the 500 dollare brass works broke and I did not want to repair or replace at the same price.

Motor 3 in this 60 year old handmade clock at my 96 yr old great aunt's seems to be working well. I couldn't get the back washer in the back of the clock where the motor goes in because then I couldn't tighten the nut up front. That could just because it's a homemade clock.

Hands did not fit clock shaft. I had to modify the piece to fir properly....

This clock mechanism emits NO sound which is just what I needed as the clock is in a bedroom. The second hand sweeps, doesn't tick. I can't speak for the longevity because it's only been used for a week but it is certainly keeping time so far.
