Is this 7 parts petticoat ?

If you mean are there 7 panels like in a traditional petticoat - No. This is 2 panels sewn together down the sides. It's very simple & basic. Mine was too big, so that made it easy to alter. Even so, it didn't seem to make a difference in the way my saree fell compared with my traditionally-made petticoat from India.
