This is my go to whenever I go out at night with my friends. This offers so much light and it’s perfect to fit in my little purse. Brightness is great. Love the convenience of the clip.

I use this on my phone and on my laptop for meetings. I love the options for the temp of the light. Small enough that it packs well. It charges quickly and it lasts long after the charge. I’m pretty pleased so far!

LOVE LOVE LOVE. Every time I go out with friends they ask “did you bring the ring light?”. It has different lighting settings and it’s super easy to use. The clip doesn’t damage my phone and I always carry it with me in my purse. Would buy again if I needed!

The XINBAOHONG Selfie Ring Light is convenient and works well for quick, on-the-go lighting, but it has its drawbacks. The 40 LEDs provide decent brightness for selfies, and the clip-on design makes it easy to attach to my phone. However, the light isn’t as strong as I expected, and it doesn’t always distribute evenly, which affects the quality of the photos. The rechargeable battery is a nice feature, but I found that the charge doesn’t last very long, requiring frequent recharging. For casual use, it’s fine, but if you need consistent, high-quality lighting, you might want to look for something more durable. Three stars for portability and ease of use, but it falls short on battery life and brightness.

There are a number of these and some have more options--they allow you to adjust the brightness of the light as well as the color of the light. This one has three options, all about the color of the light. They all are helpful and it's a cool addition to your cell phone or webcam. I noticed reflection in my eye glasses when making the video demonstrating it, but maybe with some tweaking that could be managed. Looking forward to using this and to having better lit images. Well worth the tiny $13 price tag. I do think they should make the cords longer. I tend to leave cords plugged into the wall and draped onto my desk, ready for use. In this case, 8" won't allow for that. It came nicely packaged in a sturdy box with insert that holds the item securely so it can't get damaged in shipping. All in all, a fun and useful toy.

It is good, but, I wish it can be brighter

Its fantastic light. Best for large screens. If used on small screen if blocks the view. The close up photos come very nice.

Sometimes I have to do video calls from my phone and the best room in the house for WiFi is the back room. The glare of the daylight shining through behind can sometimes overtake my face. This ring light is perfect to clip on to the phone or ipad etc when you need it. As you can see from the picture, the difference in facial clarity and it's stabilising back and foregrounds, it's really noticeable. (Yes it highlights that my roots need doing too but let's not judge me on that! I'm not a huge selfie taking person hence the lack of make-up etc too lol). It's a lot less harsh and disorientating as using the selfie camera flash, it's actually quite pleasant on the eyes so you can keep your eyes open throughout as opposed to blinking when a camera flash makes your eyes light up in horror ha! I was worried at first that the light would affect the touch screen given that it clips over and onto the screen itself, but it didn't at all. It has blue, white and yellow light settings and is rechargeable via a USB cable that comes with it. There's a button on the side that you click to change settings as required. All in all, a very good purchase at a fraction of the price that ring lights seem to be selling for at the moment.
