I hate taking vitamins/pills, but unfortunately, I am pregnant, and my vitamin d levels are super low. It was recommended to me to take a vitamin d3 with vitamin k2 supplement (k2 increases d3 absorption to the bones). I am already taking huge prenatals and was not looking forward to yet another pill to take daily. However, these are so easy! They are sooooo tiny. (Seriously, tinier than my fingertip.) They are also softgels, so they go down easily and have zero taste. Not bad at all for the price. Highly recommend!

It’s a D3 supplement, but the coconut oil base is the real reason I picked it. You don’t have to overthink taking it with food—it’s already paired with fat, which is how D3 absorbs better anyway. The added K2 is a big plus too, so you’re not juggling two separate bottles. Capsules are easy, no weird taste, and the bottle actually feels like it’s made to keep things fresh—not flimsy or cheap. Nothing flashy, just done right. WORTH IT IF: you want D3 + K2 in one and don’t want to stack supplements you care about absorption (fat-based actually matters here) SKIP IF: you just want the cheapest vitamin D possible you already take K2 separately and don’t need the combo BOTTOM LINE: I’d buy it again. It’s simple, but it fixes the usual annoyances with D3 supplements.

works great and being so small it's easy for me to swallow. I prefer these tiny pills with big impact over the other ones that are massive! I choke on the others all the time. These feel a lot better going down. My skin improved tremendously. Great product and I wished they made other products this tiny.

These are AWESOME. The capsules are TINY so great for anyone who can't really swallow normals capsules. I take 3 a day plus one of Dr. Bergs vitamin D+k2. Cost effective, get all the K2 needed and I feel great. These also have the sliiiiiíiiightest sweet taste.

I love these. They're my favorite brand in supplements, but they've gotten stupid expensive, so I have since switched brands. That said, price is the only reason I switched brands. These are consistently good quality & have maintained my vitamin D levels. I like that they include vitamin K2, so that there's no toxicity in taking these. I can swallow down a whole handful of supplements at once, but my mother couldn't, so it catches my attention when I know certain people may have trouble getting a pill down. These are easy to swallow, but if you have troubles swallowing, these might feel kind of tight in your throat since they are significantly wider than the 5,000 IU. The width is bigger than even a big regular capsule. The ends taper, tho. If you're not a confident swallower, you might want to stick with the 5,000 IU, even if that means you have to take more to meet your needs. When I first started taking vitamin D3+K2, I was surprised to find I started losing weight. Not a ton of weight, but still. I'm hypothyroid & my weight doesn't budge normally. So, I feel good taking these & feel good about them because I can see they do actually make a difference between taking them & not taking them. I also feel like they help my depression.

Works well, continue to purchase, improvement in mood and blood work shows increased Vit D levels as well. Minimal taste.

Great buy doesn’t taste bad it’s very small and helps with people who don’t get much sun due to weather conditions it did help with vitamin D levels great quality and texture is just a smooth pill

I saw this product, along with 2 other products, advertised by Pharmacist Phil, and wanted to try it. I tried the triplet and I am so glad that I did! The combination of this product, with two others, has been effective...it's given me more energy! Easy to take, no side effects so far at a great price!!! Research the products, moke sure it's compatible with your medical history and your medicine....if all ok, give this a try!!

3 weeks ago I was 30.37 on hidroxy 25 (vitamin D levels) so bottom threshold, now after 3 weeks and 1 day of taking this O did the test and I was 66. Top super results I took them after morning meal. I.also had 40g of nuts in my Bran oats breakfast

To get my Vitamin D3 levels right without overdoing it, I have been taking one a day. My D levels are still increasing , I test about every 40-50 days. I will probably need to ease back to 1 every two days at some point. If you are taking Vitamin D , you need to take regular blood tests , if you over do it, the consequences can be catastrophic for some people, everyone is different, I most likely need about 1000-5000 IU a day while I am overweight(need to lose weight due to medical condition) some people can take 50,000 a day

When it is clear that Vitamin D plus K2 is so good, this has got to be one of the best value items around. Buy in bulk!

We really like the product that it has no unnecessary ingredients. I definitely would like to purchase it again, but unfortunately the price increased (32%) so I am not sure.

The description says 500 softgels with 5000IU each, but I received 300 softgels with 10000IU each. So, what is it? The instructions say "take one daily", which is definitely too much for everyone. People might overdose on this product. Overall, the product and the company that manufactured it seem very dodgy. There is no way that I am taking these suspicious pills. Be careful people
