Great flavour
Love this stuff and have re-bought multiple times - has enough flavour that you can really taste it but doesn't take over the dish. I add it on top of things for extra flavour and don't feel the need for as much salt as I used to have. Great for things like pasta, pizza, cheesy dishes, tacos and veggies. Container seals well and seems decent value for money.

Fun "secret ingredient" in salads, savory dishes and popcorn.
This mushroom cheese powder was a WOW at first taste. I wasn't sure what to expect since powder mushrooms, truffles at that, was a first for me but I like powder cheese on my popcorn and some pasta recipes so I thought it was worth a try since it wasn't too expensive. I put it on a pasta salad for guests and had many comments and questions about the unique zest and flavor. It seems a bit salty so I just modified the other ingredients and added lemon juice. Always on the lookout for more variety in my spice rack, I have a new "go-to."

Cutting your sodium intake? This stuff is a godsend!
I've recently committed to dramatically reducing my sodium intake, as part of a healthier lifestyle. I really don't remember the search that brought this product up on my screen, but I was intrigued, and upon looking at the nutrition label, quite eager to give it a try. Cheese? Truffles? Okay, it's a little spendy, but I'm all in. Salty snacks are my biggest weakness - far more so than sweets - so I had high hopes when I placed my order. Best. buy. ever. It is absolutely bursting with flavor, and has less than 1/4 the sodium of Morton Lite Salt. Plus...CHEESE! TRUFFLES! A little goes a long way. A serving, according to the bottle, is 1/4 tsp, but I have yet to put that much on anything. If you're trying to cut back on salt and love cheese, do yourself a favor and get this stuff, yesterday. I'll be trying the hot version next. If it's as good as this, I'll never again be without either in my spice collection.
