I ordered these saffron capsules to help me with my mood, appetite and energy levels. I have heard that saffron is a natural antidepressant and appetite suppressant that can also boost your metabolism and brain function. I was excited to try these capsules and see if they would work for me. However, I have only been taking them for a week and I have not noticed any significant changes yet. I know that supplements take time to work and that results may vary from person to person, so I am not giving up on them. I will continue to take them as directed and hope to see some improvement soon. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no bad taste or smell. They are also vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO. The bottle contains 60 capsules, which is enough for a month. I will update this review after a month and let you know if they worked for me or not.

Everyone should take this!
Love this product. I drive into the east every morning and I don't squint in the sun anymore. If I forget my sunglasses, it isn't a big deal now! Also, saffron is very good for your body in general.
