Customer friendly company!
This item came within 3 days of ordering! Was just as pictured. 2of the corners of the box were a little crunched, but it was barely visible. The overwrap is a good idea. It is a gift for a teen-age girl so I can’t say I used the product, but it is colorful and appealing and I think it will go over well. Because it is going to a teenager, probably inexperienced with make up,I have a suggestion for you. Consider an enclosure naming the colors, which parts are blush, eyeshadow, etc. Like you would find in a candy box naming the flavors. The Happy/Unhappy card was a nice touch and the follow up e-mail shows you are interested in your customers, which is why I am responding.

Grand girls love it
I got this for retrogren's last Christmas in 2023 and they enjoyed using this and then my daughter is teaching them how to use it properly so they are going to look nice and feel proud of themselves because I can dress up. I heard absolutely no complaints about anything so makeup is a good quality and of course was having two grand girls the makeup used to be used with their own washable brushes and applicators to keep it the makeup clean. Everyone's happy with this makeup.😀😉

Broken mirror
The box is cute but the mirror was broken! Can’t ask for a replacement because I can’t take it back from the girl. It was a birthday gift! It was embarrassing at her party, when she opened it.

Bought For My Niece
As this was a gift I haven't actually seen it used yet but when it arrived, I looked into it to make sure it was safe. Made me a bit nervous it got stuck in my countries customs but wasn't there long. The quality of the products feel like legit, adult make up though I don't know how the product transfers to someone's skin.

Amazing gift for little girls
Got it for my daughter’s 10th birthday She loved it. I like the fact that lip stick is pale making it natural for little girls and the nail polish is peal off type. Magnetic snap box making it good seal to carry on .. good purchase worth the money
