Good value, good quality
Although the price per loaf is higher than brands in the supermarket, the slices are consistent, and I can make 11 sandwiches per loaf compared to 5 or 6 sandwiches with the competition. Also, there's more rice flour than oat flour in the bread, so it doesn't have an unpleasant "oat-ey" flavor. Toasts well.

This Delicious Bread Lives Up To Its Name
All gluten free bread is not created equally. OMG! This bread is seriously out of this world delicious! The texture, flavor and thickness is cohesive and comparable to regular bread. It's in my top three of favorite brands. Price wise it is a little expensive, but I feel like it's more about quality and I feel like it's worth the money most definitely. I live on the west coast and there was an issue with one loaf arriving moldy and that's only because the weather was hot and not enough ice in the packaging. That issue was resolved snip snap promptly through amazon contact because their direct email wasn't working properly. Not one replacement loaf was sent but another four loaf variety pack was shipped immediately. This shows that the owners take pride, back their product up and care of their customers to the highest level. I actually can't say anything negative about this bread at all which is odd because I'm typically picky about certain things. My favorites of the gluten free variety pack are the cinnamon raisin and the seeded bread. I love them all though and it's not only good toasted, but just defrosted works wonderfully too which doesn't happen with most gluten free brands. Not only is their bread delicious it looks beautiful too! I'm so glad I stumbled upon this brand perusing Amazon. It's a keeper in my freezer for sure! If you are gluten free or just changed your diet please give this a try - it will not disappoint!

WHAT HAPPENED?
GOOD-First time that I ordered this it was great! the bread is a little on the pricey side but for gluten free bread that takes great and has great substance I was willing to pay for it. I read so many reviews before I purchased it. I usually Like the Canyon breads but Ebans was a fantastic change of pace. BAD!!- Second time that I ordered I was terribly disappointed. Every load was crumbling and yucky. One of the freezer packs that was in the shipment had busted and leaked into every loaf. Not only that but when the bread was opened it smelled sour and just basically dissolved. Didnt eat the bread for fear of the freezer pack having contaminated the loaves given the state they were in.

Best Gluten Free Bread I have had !
One of my friends turned me on to this bread , I am allergic to gluten and my girl is always trying to make me bread with alternative flours and she really gets close but last wed I went ahead and ordered 4 loaves from Ebans. Saturday I looked outside and there was my box with 4 loaves and two boxes of chocolate chip cookies ( which were amazing btw) They were packaged amazingly also. So first I ate a cookie ! And then I was like I need to see if this bread is good toasted. Man I miss toast , I put it in the toaster and cut it up a little higher and when it was ready I threw some butter on there and was like , yep this is GOOD.! Most gluten free to me isnt quite right. So then later on in the day i made a pizza on a couple of pieces. Once again it worked .Sunday I made a turkey sandwich and once again GREAT. My chick made me an omlet and some toast for breakfast today and so I am sold , this is def the closest gluten free bread to match regular bread that I have had . I can't say anything bad , Only good 5 Stars Here is an update , now that I am almost finished with my first 4 loaves I have realized that when you make a sandwich before or after its made , throw it in the mic for a few seconds and it will soften the bread a little to make the sandwich even a little better , BREAD IS STILL AWESOME after these few weeks.

Tiny slices get lost in toaster
I had high hopes for this bread, but between the poor shipping practices, tiny slices, and high cost, it's just not worth it. It tastes ok, except I don't like cold bread...and even though I have a small toaster, i really don't like trying to fish these slices out of it. I'm not going to try to find a toaster that would fit this bread. Most gluten free breads are kind of small, except Ener G breads. They're almost normal sized. This bread arrived hot and wet due to the way it was packed, in a frozen food bag with 2 small ice packs on the bottom of the bag. cold stays at the bottom. The loaves had so much water in them from thawing and getting hot that I had to wipe them out with paper towels, then freeze them. 10 bucks a loaf. Won't be buying this again.

Healthy bread option with no digestive problems
Pros: This bread is a healthy bread option for anyone with gluten or other dietary issues. It's so nice to have a piece of toast again! My only other option is to make it at home and there's a lot that goes into a healthy bread product. It tastes great and has a good texture. It's filling and feels substantive during digestion. (Kinda weird to say, maybe?). All thumbs up. Cons: this is expensive, but honestly it'd likely cost nearly as much for me to make it at home. Final analysis: definite yes. Will order again.
