Batteries were fine but you need major-league scissors to access them. Hearing aid are usually for those that are beyond toddler years so childproof loses its meaning here. Yes, I have a grandchild but the access issue offsets the benefit by far

Will never buy these again. I’d rather go without hearing than buy these and wrestle with this packaging. I have significant minutes of my life I’ll never get back due to the crazy packaging on these things. They provide details on how to open the sealed plastic. It does NOT work. Even after you cut the plastic off from the “wheel” the batteries stay embedded like a tricky splinter. Seriously. It’s rare a product annoys me enough that I get online to write a review but here I am. They are cheaper, yes, and they may last about the same time as other brands. Shoot, they may even last some hours longer. But you’ll spend that much time or more just attempting to extract them from the packaging. Buy another easy access brand and use the extra time you’ll save to spend with your family, loved ones, or just fun. Yr welcome.

Make sure you order the right batteries, I thought I did they are not like my old batteries,

Tried other brands but this brand outmatched the others. It lasts longer than other brands. I will keep using this.

These were pretty good batteries. I'll be ordering again real soon.

The individual cells perform well ...once extracted from the packaging.Each cell is individually sealed in the plastic carousel. One has to cut through the plastic to get a cell out. PowerMax is calling this 'Child Resistant Packaging' and, while this is likely true, it is also elderly resistant packaging. You may need power tools to get a cell out of the packaging. I find it ridiculously cautious.Needless to say, I will not be purchasing them again.
