If it has the Dana 30 front axle it should work.

Any idea if this will fit my 98 ram 1500 with dana 44 front axle?

Not sure, but I had to modify my axles and get one side machined to fit. It didn't cost too much to do. But they do work and I'm satisfied with the product.
