A lovely book & a bit different
I bought this new as a gift for a friend and was so impressed that I bought myself a second hand copy too! The embroidery designs are so elegant and also well explained, with good charts and pictures. The suggested uses for the designs a little different from the norm too - but still for useful items. There are little poems and notes on folklore or traditions which make it a lovely book all round.
