Comfortable
This actually comes with bandages, gloves and a tourniquet. I️ used my own equipment instead of what’s provided because the tourniquet was pretty uncomfortable on the ankle (I️ wear that on my belt) and I added wound picking materials and gloves that fit me. But once this was modified for me it’s very very comfortable and I️ don’t even notice it’s there. I’m a woman and you can’t see it under my duty pants. Very easy to put on and take off but I’m not concerned about it popping off at all. Would absolutely recommend!

Handy Ankle Medical Kit
This was a gift and very well received. For those who work in areas where a medical kit may be needed on the spot, this kit does the job.

NOT FOR LARGER MEN!
I liked the material it seems like it would breathe well and the contents seemed of a quality product and had some space for additional contents and seemed comfortable. BUT I WILL SAY DEFINITELY NOT FOR A LARGER MAN. I am 5’11” and 350lbs and a broad man. I have large calf’s and thick legs. The kit barley, I mean barely latched together. I wish there was an XL version LOL! But overall I can make it work and will experiment & give an update.

Itchy and bulky but decent for range use
Stuff in it seems legit but it's very itchy and bulky. Might be better to wrap it around a bicep and even then only for short periods of time. The thing is also massive, not very concealable on your ankle unless you wear some really baggy pants.

Two years Straight
Still going strong, the elastic is wear out, that’s to be expected. This is the only part of my edc I have not needed to upgrade In the last two years, besides the content.

WELL, it's an IFAC for your ankle! What do you expect?
It's got everything it needs, but it's kind of uncomfortable even after daily use over the past several weeks. THE GOOD: You got what you need to STOP THE BLEED. The Bad: IF YOU HAVE TO USE IT!!! Other than that, it's a must-have tool.

Overpriced product...
During the eighties I used to wear one of these to carry my wallet & cigarettes. I got this one but not enough space and payed $30.00 last year. The new price here is outrageous; $60.00?

Perfect
Wasn’t sure I’d like this, but it’s great! I’ve worn a gun ankle holster in the past and it was always uncomfortable. Because my trauma supplies are so much lighter than a pistol, I forget this is on my ankle until the end of my shift. I’m a state trooper and keep a tourniquet, compress, and Narcan in this. Works great!
