- Update 12/19/20 - Customer service contacted me explained the problem and offered a solution
When vacuum sealing the pink center rubber stopper keeps getting sucked right out into my vacuum machine and the green one doesn’t stay sealed.Update: I was contacted by customer service at lasting freshness. The response was prompt and courteous and they explained to me their product was made to work with a hand air extractor not my electronic one. They offered a solution and I must say I am very pleased with their response in their customer service.
