Excellent quality magnesium — noticeable relaxation and better sleep after 60 days!

No extra junk in these vitamins, they are great!
Wanted to start taking Magnesium Glycinate supplements, and was SHOCKED how much "extra junk" most supplements add (not just for this vitamin, but in ALL vitamins). As someone who has become more careful about what I ingest, the fact that this has almost no extra ingredients is a huge WIN! My only regret is that BESTVITE doesn't sell all the other vitamins I take, as I'd happily switch to them in a heart beat for this reason. Also surprising is that this glycinate "clean" vitamin is in many cases less expensive than the extra junk options. WIN WIN as far as I'm concerned. Highly recommend this product.

uncomfortably large capsules!!! hurts throat
These capsules are massive and get stuck in your throat and cause discomfort, feels like it's going sideways! ugh! I'm ordering powdered magnesium instead.

Finally found one that's gentle on the stomach
I started taking these magnesium capsules since I don’t think I get enough from my diet. I was most concerned about stomach upset or diarrhea, but I haven’t had that issue with this product. I also like that it doesn’t have unnecessary fillers, which is reassuring. Overall, I’m very happy with these and will keep using them.

Well absorbed.
This mag is well absorbed, in my opinion glycinate being the best form of magnesium. Take throughout the day and when taken before bed assists with sleep.
