The fan is gorgeous and works wonderfully once installed. It doesn’t shake or make noise. However, it is difficult to install. The directions are missing steps. It doesn’t come with all the necessary parts. My husband had to buy a few parts and borrow some from the old fan. Once installed, it works great! I was disappointed that the 40w led edison bulbs i wanted to use wouldn’t fit in the fan. However, we found filament led bulbs in a more traditional size of bulb that fit perfectly and still have that vintage look. Originally, I rated this fan much lower because I was frustrated with the fact that it doesn’t fit “standard” edison bulbs... especially after all the effort to install. However, now that we found a solution, it looks awesome and works perfectly!

Love the look of this fan. Moves a lot of air, but there is a humming noise that seems to be getting louder the more I use the fan. There is no wobble, so the humming noise is coming from the motor. Contacted the seller and they sent me a new fan. Installed it yesterday and no humming noise so far. If the fan stays quiet, it is definitely a 5 star fan !

I am so glad I went with this fan. There were other options, that were less costly, but I am certain I made the right decision. This fan is quiet, sturdy, heavy duty! The remote control was included and I ordered batteries from Amazon at the same time as I ordered the fan so I had them on hand when installing the fan. The remote control is a neat feature. I am just thrilled. Also, I wasn't sure if the remote was included automatically so I did send an e-Mail and Verna responded quickly and assured me it would be but that if for some reason it wasn't just to let her know and she would get one out to me and I have no doubt that she would have!

Bulbs suggested did not fit. Too large. The blades have a mauve colored band around them, which is not attractive or go with the style. The part that allows it to be operated by remote was missing a small switch. Till I can find a decorator light bulb, it isn't as attractive as it could be.

This ceiling fan is not for the do it yourselfer or handy man. The instructions are incorrect and vague. There are parts missing. The battery for the remote is not included, is some strange size, and with no reference on what I'm supposed to purchase. I finally had to hire a contractor to install the two that I bought. I will have to take my remote to a specialized battery store so they can figure out what I need. One of the two fans was defective and because it took me so long to getting to install it the fan was past the return window. My contractor took apart the motor and fixed it. Standard Edison light bulbs shown in the display do not fit so after a lot of searching I was able to find something that will work. The only thing I would actually give one star to would be Value for money because if everything was easy to install, worked, knew what battery I need for the remote... it might be a good value for my money as the actual quality seems to be decent.

I had an electrician install my fan but there were no pieces missing and he had it up in no time. The remote is very convenient. The Edison bulbs I used make it feel vintage and the glow, when they're on, is very comforting. The fan itself has three settings: low, medium, and high. And unlike the fans that have a pull chain, you can select the speed you want just hitting a button, not going through all the speeds to get to what you want. There is no noise and no rocking of the fan when you have it on. Very nice product.

Love the industrial look of this fan. Soooooo quiet, just perfect for our masters.
