Makes the best brownies you can imagine. Chef tells me it melts beautifully. Don't try to rush things by going straight for a piece of the chocolate. When they say "unsweetened" they really mean it. Best thing from France since french fries.

no sugar content. HIgh quality Cacao with all the benefits. I personally sweeten it with date syrup which is a lower glycemic sweetener with none of the bad effects of synthesized sweeteners with better taste.
