*update* a piece in the back broke about 3 months after having it, right after the return period of course... I contacted customer service multiple times and after about 4 months and many emails later they finally said they were going to send me another one. I just received my "new" one today and it has the same piece broken from the back, and you can tell that it was a return from someone else because there are screws missing out of it like someone tried to fix it...I bought this monitor because my old monitor crapped out. It's so nice to have a big display is and the video quality is really nice. The only thing I don't use is the lullabies I think they sound creepy.

We purchased this item and initially were very impressed with the features. However the antenna virtually fell off after just one months use. We contacted the seller, and to their credit, they replaced the unit no problem. However once again the second unit only lasted for about a month. The replacement unit failed to continue to pair with the camera, and i am now awaiting a decision from the seller as to whether they will refund my money, or send me a third unit. Who knows, they say the third time is a charm, but i am skeptical.

The first unit lasted about a month before the power port began to have issues. They replaced it and this second one survived about 7 months before it lost the ability to pair with the camera.It's a shame the hardware is so bad. The camera quality is pretty good, and the range when it works is impressive.So I will need to replace this unit since the manufacture only offers a limited return window.

This product worked for 6 months. I strongly feel it should have worked longer. It was certainly not the cheapest option of products like these. I paid over $100. for it at the time. I have contacted the seller via email twice. Crickets! So frustrating. The least they could do is acknowledge my correspondence. I am a very unhappy customer.

This product is cheaply made and it broke after a few months of usage. The charging port fell into the camera device and is no longer usable! Please don't waste your money on this product!

Easy to setup and use. Just need to plug it in and turn it on. I particularly like the fact that you can use it as a two way radio. You can both hear the baby cry and talk to it remotely. I also love that you can play music for the little one to help put it back to sleep. Very easy to use.

Do not waste your money. This baby monitor was useless after just 4 months of use. The on/off button jammed and wouldn’t turn off so I just had to keep it on, then the charger cord wouldn’t stay put because the part you stick it in became loose in the monitor. I tried emailing the company meyoung numerous times and they don’t respond. I tried the phone number listed for the company and it goes to a man’s personal cell phone who says he has been getting these types of calls for the last year. No way to get my money back or a replacement item. I spent way too much on this product for it to work 4 months.

I was on the fence about this but I saw the warranty and thought I didn’t have to worry about any issues. It stopped working within a year and I reached out 4 times in the last month and a half with no response. Don’t make my mistake of relying on the warranty when making this decision.
