We are very pleased with this purchase and this company! It arrived quickly and we had extra screws, nuts and washers and 3 allen wrenches which is typically what is missing. Putting it together was a bit tricky but only because some of the plastic was inside the holes which made it a little difficult to get the screws in . Once we figured this out, and checked the holes and removed the plastic, assembly went smoothly. We encountered a problem with one of the bars being too short. I contacted the company. They responded immediately and I had the replacement bar within 6 days! That is excellent customer service which is rare!!!!! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a spacious 6 person bar height outdoor table and chairs. It is well made and the wood top is gorgeous! We are very satisfied with this purchase!

I really liked the dining set! It was a lot bigger than what I had anticipated. Very sturdy & beautiful. My only issue was putting it all together. Some of the screws wouldn't go in correctly and felt like they were cross screwed but we had to keep playing with it til it went thru. So don't give up!

Sturdy table and chairs. Comfortable, looks great on my porch. Good quality finished product. Packaged well to protect it from damage in transit. Assembly was tedious, but no more so than other furniture I have assembled. The biggest problem with assembly was that not all bolt holes were drilled clean. They lined up fine but I had to either pass a screwdriver through to remove the excess plastic or cut the plastic with a box cutter. Overall, not a major hurdle as I've dealt with worse. The instructions are easy to follow.

I was hesitant on purchasing this because sometimes you never know what you’re gonna get! BUT it is a good buy! This comes in 4 separate boxes. It looks overwhelming to assemble and the chairs actually took the longest. Overall, not bad and I sure didn’t want to do it! The seats are sturdy and comfortable and really light weight. The whole thing is light weight! The table is about 4 feet tall and there’s a lot of space for extra food to share on the table. That was one of my concerns was space. Hopefully my picture helps!

I wish I had read reviews about this product before purchasing. In short - it’s crap. Yes, it really will take you HOURS to put together. Some of you may not care because of the price. Be warned! Even if you like putting together furniture with a knuckle busting Allen wrench this will test your patience as so many of the holes through the wicker are incomplete. Ex- In total the chairs have 102 holes you must screw together. Of those 83(!!!!) were not properly drilled. The ONLY reason I was able to make it work was I happened to own a dremel tool that I use on my dogs nails and one of the attachments is a cone drill. I was able to clear out the plastic and properly drill the holes. Other issues: The instructions - why bother? They’re less instructions and more suggestions. Except the part where they tell you to only tighten 50% - definitely listen to that or you won’t be able to put together. Broken pieces: after waiting an additional 2 weeks for a missing box several pieces came broken including a piece of the table and a chair support. Overall the prices just isn’t worth the frustration for the product. If it had turned out to be a well constructed set it would have been one thing but after completion (minus 1 chair and a table piece) I’m left with a set I’m already planning on replacing because it isn’t comfortable, looks cheap, and isn’t sturdy.

I am glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews! I love this set so much! The assembly did take some time but the finished product is worth it!

I had to rate this one with 4 stars because of the following: I had minor issue at first but the seller resolved it quickly and I was satisfied with the level of customer service. Be prepared for a lengthy assembly (Several Hours if not a couple of days depending wether you have assistance or not). If you aren't good at putting things together from looking at a diagram, this one might be a tad bit challenging. Very tough for one man assembly. The hand tools provided will have your hands in cramps. You will need an allen wrench with a grip.(local home depot or lowes) You will also need a power drill/screwdriver for the wood assembly portion. Very limited written instructions, examine the diagram carefully and follow exactly as shown. When assembling do NOT tighten screws more than 50% to make sure all of the screws align first. Lastly, the seat cushions are flimsy and seat bottoms have a a weak brace underneath. I imagine this might stretch out of form over time. Overall, its a beautiful set and definitely a converation piece and focal point of any patio.

I received my table and chairs and over a course of two days it was put together. Not as easy as others state. I have put together many things, but many of the holes did not line up and were covered by the wicker. The instructions were basic and when putting together the chairs was more hassle than the table itself. It looks very nice and appears to be sturdy as this time. Value for the money: I don't think you can truly rate that as of yet. If it lasts a long time providing that it is taken care of then the price is nice. If it starts to look cruddy even after taking care of it then it will be a waste. I will say the price here is lower than one being sold at Lowes by a lot and it is pretty much the same product. I rated it a three because of the time to correctly put it together. If its still looking good in a year then the price will be worth it. I guess stay posted!!!!

Absolutely love this patio table!

The holes don’t line up, the holes aren’t bing enough, the screws are easily stripped. This table takes at least three times as long to put together as you would expect. One chair (5 pieces and 16 screws) took over an hour before I ended up using different screws and a driver to make new holes. It does look nice and seems sturdy enough, just impossible to assemble without a lot of patience

Really nice set takes a long time to put together so grab a 6 pack and a friend
