Easy to install, nice quality and great space for shoes.

Not happy that I just paid what I did for this cabinet. This is entirely particle board with plastic legs. Theres a weird gap between the doors and the color isn't what is in the photo either. It's a very cool toned brown. The edges of some of the pieces were scratched and damaged but not to the point of being unable to use the piece. Some of the pre-drilled holes indicated on the directions didn't exist and some were too large for the indicated screws leaving the magnet plates spinning. The directions didn't make sense in that they said to attach the hinges first, but then I had to take a set off in order to put the doors on at the end. It feels extremely flimsy and it doesn't take much to set it rocking. I'm a little scared that using the wall mount to secure it will actually damage the piece if it started to tip.All in all, save your money. If I could, I would send it back, but the act of assembling this cabinet could be considered damaging the product.

i put all my summer shoes in this. It looks nice and they fit perfectly. It was a little bit difficult to assemble but I figured it out. I could see the slats breaking because they are soft. So be careful.

I was so excited to get this cabinet because of the amount of shoes it can hold, but when I received the, I realized the quality is very poor! The laminate is peeling in some parts, the bars of the doors are so thin that they might be made of carton. I just could not get over all the scratches it had! Did not look new at all. I am used to IKEA quality for this type of engineer wood, but definitely way below them! I will return

This cabinet took me over 2 hours to put together. There were no written instructions, just diagrams and some of the pieces were mislabeled. Plus the pre-filled holes for the door hinges were in the wrong place. It's still not as sturdy as I hoped, but it will work. It does look nice.

I read plenty of bad reviews about this thing but nothing else looked as good so I figured I would buy some parts at Lowes if needed to strengthen it. I am pleasantly surprised.At least one reviewer complained about the smell. Being "engineered wood" from Malaysia, I figured it would be a toxic chemical smell but its just a "wood furniture" smell and not strong at all, so passing marks on the smell.Several people complained about the quality of the wood and said it was like cardboard. Not at all. It is "engineered wood" but very solid and heavy. Pleasantly surprised.Lots of people complained about the instructions being bad. Ive seen worse. I was confused at the end about how to install the doors (on each side, you have to do the bottom one first or at the same time as the top one) but otherwise, I did ok. But I have experience with putting stuff together and an engineering degree so Im good at this sort of thing. I can see how someone with less experience or intuition could get very frustrated. Just dont over-tighten the screws to where they start to eat up the wood and you should be able to redo anything you get wrong.Two complaints: The feet are oddly plastic and dont come close to matching the color of the unit. And there are no pre-drilled holes for them, so if you want them installed, get out your drill. I will leave them off and find some big rubber feet or something to raise the unit just enough to keep the bottom doors from brushing the carpet when I open them.I bought this to keep by my front door and store my ball caps, my dog's bandanas, and other stuff thats good to have by the door. Love it.

My big brother put the cabinet together but oh my goodness.....this piece is so awesome and adds a real nice and simple elegance to the entry way. I would really like to buy about 3 more of these. Seriously, buy this piece before people get wind of this awesome item and then they sale out!

I like the quality of this piece. I use it to hide all my shoes. Lots of room! Looks great!
