comfortable and versatile
Fit - I normally wear a size 8 - 10 in pants to accommodate my relatively large thighs and the med/large fit very well.Fabric - perfect, actually. These leggings are sturdy enough to be worn in colder months and are not see-through or flimsy feeling. I feel comfortable wearing them "as is" to the gym or with a long shirt if running a quick errand down the street.Durability - they wash really nice, but I hang all of my clothes to dry so I can't speak much to durability in the dryer.Overall - love.

DO NOT BUY - these are irregulars!
First of all, these are obviously seconds/irregulars. The Anne Klein tag and the size TAGS ARE CUT OUT. I ordered FOUR pair of these. All in size M/L. The black pair is TINY - maybe a size 2. The brown are HUGE. Maybe like a size 12-14, or bigger. The gray are about right, but it doesn't matter because the stitching is so bad. I washed them once before I wore them and the first day THEY SPLIT RIGHT DOWN MY BUTT WHILE I WAS AT WORK. When I got home (humiliated, but at least not fired for indecent exposure) I looked at the 2nd pair of gray ones, and sure enough the stitching was all bad down the midseam, or whatever the seam is called that goes down the back, and they were almost falling apart. These are one of the worst purchases I've ever made on Amazon since every single pair was flawed.

Nice!
I am 5'7'' and 125lbs, with 37 in hips, accidentally I ordered medium/large and they were too big for me :(I gave them over to my grandmother who is ~5'5'' and ~140lbs and these leggings fit her great! The fabric is very nice--it is soft, flexible and thick. My granny does not wear thongs, just good-old briefs, but in these pants she has no noticeable VPL, which is impressive.I'll probably re-order these in small for myself soon.

Not see-through at all; unfortunately the elastic folds
First, I second all the reviews that encourage people to size up. I've never bought anything in M/L in the U.S. (I'm a European size Medium, which usually means US Small), but for these it was just right. When I got them, I was pleasantly surprised by the wide and comfortable elastic at the waist (not too tight, not to narrow...). Unfortunately, I find that after a few hours of wear, the elastic wants to fold in half, so that it becomes narrow and a bit unflattering -- makes it seem like you have more fat at the waist than you really do. I don't have a huge belly or anything, it just wants to fold whenever you bend over to pick something up, or if you sit with your knees pulled up... if you've ever had it happen, you'll know what I mean.I appreciate the fabric, and I find them to be perfectly non-see-through. While I am not a fan of walking around outside with only tights on (I usually wear a skirt on top), if I *had* to do it, these leggings would make me feel less naked. In summary, I still wear them and find them comfortable. I would just like them tons more if the elastic didn't misbehave.

Size is totally off
Folks are right that the sizing of these leggings is totally off. I am 5'3" and weigh 115 lbs. and normally wear an XS or size 2. The S/M fit me perfectly (frankly, a little on the short side). It says that S/M fits 5'2"-5'6" and 115-140 lbs, but I have no idea how someone who's 5'3" and 130 lbs (as I was after pregnancy) would fit in these, or frankly anyone who's 5'6" tall -- they would be about 3 inches too short. Here's the (incorrect) sizing chart; unless you're right on the bottom of the chart range, you should order one size up:S/M: 5'2"-5'6" 115-140 lbsM/L: 5'6"-6'0" 145-165 lbsXL: 5'5"-6'0" 160-190 lbsXXL: 5'5"-6'0" 190-230 lbsThe leggings themselves look to be pretty good quality, a little spandex-y for my liking (I prefer really cotton-y ones), but definitely thick and not see-through. The waist band is also about 2 inches thick, which is thicker than I prefer.

Gray OK, don't bother with the black
The gray leggings are reasonably opaque (although I would certainly not wear them as pants) and are ok but not great leggings. They're not supposed to be machine dried and ride down a bit, so I'm less than thrilled with them. I'm 5 foot 5, weigh about 125, and wear a size 2-4 in pants. The small fits me. They're less comfortable than most true tights, so I normally opt for tights over these when I'm wearing skirts/dresses, but I bought them largely to wear around the house while icing my hip and leg after working out. They're fine for that. The black, however, are completely useless. Purchased only a couple of weeks after the gray, they seem to be a completely different product. They're less stretchy, less comfortable, and completely see through. I couldn't even wear these down the hall to take out my trash -- you can see right through them, to the point that it's not just a panty line showing, but my actual underwear. They wouldn't even make decent tights, as they look terrible because of how much skin shows through them and they wouldn't keep you warm at all. I've got a couple of pairs of the Spalding tights, and will be sticking with those in the future.

Great Leggings!
I love these leggings. I ordered them in chocolate. Following other people's recommendations, I ordered a size up; a Med/Lrg. I usually wear a small or medium. But the M/L fits great! They are thicker and you don't have to worry about seeing anything through them. They shape your tummy and legs nicely. In fact, no muffin top at all! I would definitely recommend these, just be sure to order a size up.
