Full Pure Talalay Latex Mattress Pad Topper, USA Made All Densities (Medium 70K Density, 3" Thick)

I bought the firm topper to go under a soft latex topper for our RV. Now I sleep like a baby! Have slept on latex for years as I have allergy issues and latex doesn't harbor dust mites. Wouldn't sleep on anything else!

I have been sleeping on this topper a couple of months now, and have to say I am very happy with it. I bought it to go on top of a Lucid 10" latex foam mattress as many reviewers said the mattress was very firm but a topper made it more comfortable. The mattress came a week or so before the topper and the reviewers were right - it was very firm. I can't say it bothered me when I was on my back, but when I slept on my side it seemed a little too hard. I didn't want to put a memory foam topper on it, so purchased this latex topper to soften it up and have not been disappointed. It adds softness without being TOO soft and I have been waking up with little to no back pain for the first time in a couple of years. I believe this is due to my new mattress, but the topper helped make it more comfortable. My only complaint would be these weird plastic circles that were all over the topper when I unwrapped it. The pad itself has pin core holes going through it for air flow, and the little plastic circles were the same diameter, like maybe when they punched the holes in it they did it while it was in plastic? I don't know. I vacuumed them up but it just seemed odd. The package arrived when it was supposed to, the topper was compressed, and fluffed up to full size within hours, though I let it air out for several days just in case. The topper actually had the LEAST amount of odor to it compared to my new mattress and also a new latex pillow I purchased, so the odor was not bad at all. I see now that they sell it in 4 different densities, which I don't think they had when I bought it just a few months ago.This review is for the soft 55k density 2" pad. I purchased this topper as I liked the fact it was made in the US and the price seemed reasonable for Talalay laytex. I am trying to get rid of all the memory foam toppers in our house and will definitely be purchasing another one of these.
