Excellent product that is well made. It feels sturdy and definitely made to preserve your memory. It comes with a sturdy frame, roller and clay, a bit of bronze paint, a tiny paintbrush and different internal framing colour options. The instructions could be slightly better. Recommendation: do the prints while the baby is asleep, our baby instinctively clenched his fists when we tried to position his hands over the clay. We did not get the imprint we wanted and the clay dried as a result. Also, be sure that the text positioning is not close to the edges, the internal frame will cover it. We notified the seller, who sent a replacement without any fuss within 2 days - hence the 5 stars. Great product and great seller who is evidently serious about customer satisfaction.

A lovely surprise to find such a high quality product at a affordable price. I return another on Amazon due to the quality and did not come with the little extra this one does. Customer service was outstanding Tom the manufacturer. Quickly sorted it out and happy to help. Very happy.

Was very easy to do however even though following the instructions the clay ended up cracking once it was dry, so the end product has turned out a bit cracked. However still a very nice keepsake

The rubber or soil for hand print was too dry, already cracked when you make it flat ,not able to leave proper hand print

Uno dei regali "originali" fatti al mio primo nipotino. Non l ho acquistato per la nascita di mia figlia e me ne sono pentita, lo farò per il prossimo figlio :-) Idea carina, è piaciuta ai genitori, è un bel ricordo e il prodotto è fatto bene. Non lo hanno ancora provato ma confido nella qualità.

The concept and idea is very nice but the frame came damaged. This is a keepsake for the baby for long years so it is not ok to use it like this. I asked for return. Btw, packaging was good, double layer wrap plus a good box. Box or wrap was not damaged but frame was. So it made me think this is a factory fault, faulty item and not a carrier/shipment fault.

Quality: 5 stars Difficulty of task: 4 stars Worth it: 5 stars Firstly, the quality of Kit and plaster is amazing. Rolling the plaster out was easy. Definitely add a few drops of olive oil. Photo size is 3x3inch (8x8cm). Closest australian photo size is 4x4inch. My product photo is not yet assembled as waiting on baby photos to arrive. ***PRO TIPS*** 1. Have 1-2 extra people to help. (1 to hold frame, 1 to hold baby's hand, 1 to tickle back of baby's hand so clenched fist opens). 2. 100% do it while your baby is asleep. Its near impossible to get their hand print while awake. *the wrinkled look on plaster is from baby moving last minute and/or clenching fist to grab plaster. 3. Make sure they're not wearing long sleeves as it imprints on the plaster. 4. If painting, do 3-4 coats for best image/no paint streaks. 5. If this is a suprise for your partner, hide it well with a sheet. It takes about 5-6 days to fully finish.... I didn't put a sheet over and my partner found it :/ 6. Order your photos in advance (big w do 4x4") so it doesnt take as long to assemble.

Clay doesn’t fully smooth out and cracks very easily. Don’t expect perfect and you’ll be ok
