We have this in the kitchen & use it for storing the drain stopper, sponge and veggie scrub brush, making for a much cleaner counter. When updating our laundry room, purchased another for that cabinet and got it installed yesterday to hold similar items (sink drain stopper, scrub brush for stubborn laundry stains, small bottle of stain removal, etc.). A little time consuming to install - wish there was a template for the components - we ended up making our own on an old grocery bag as it's much easier to lay out a template & get it level. Good product, good use of a otherwise wasted space and I like that we didn't screw the tray in really tight, so it's easy to lift out/remove & clean going forwrd.

What a great idea to turn unused space into something useful! This was so easy to install-- I did it myself. Directions are clear, albeit not written with the best English grammar, but you get the gist. A word to the wise-- take off that panel before ordering ANY tip out tray! I measured the panel first and thought that since it was so long, I should buy the biggest tip-out tray possible. So AFTER ordering, I snapped off that panel (it is very easy to pull off on newer cabinets-- just pressure clamps) and noticed there was a piece of wood right in the middle... DOH! Easy fix though: I just whipped out my multitool and cut it out, then for support installed a T-brace just below. I did notice that the hinge is a bit stiff, especially when you are pushing it back closed... so I put those sticky backed furniture pads (the ones that go on the feet of chairs and tables to prevent them from scratching the floor) on the inside of the panel so it didn't bang closed every time I shut it. Note too-- I was replacing the sink at the same time I installed this cool feature, so I had access from above to screw in. This made it a whole lot easier to adjust the tray itself on the panel. Also, make sure you have enough room to actually install this. We have a very large, very deep sink, and when we replaced it, we knew we had to push it back maybe 1/4" to give enough room for the tray to not be touching it. The good news was that the hinge actually pulls out the panel a bit when you open it so you don't have to worry about clearance as you tip it out. For $20 this was a no brainer... now my counter top is free of plugs, sponges and scrubbies.

It's a pretty good unit and easy to install. The reason I'm dropping one star is that the mechanism that locks it into place when open is just too stiff. You have to pull pretty hard to get it to lock open, and when closing, I have to use both hands, because once you've applied enough pressure to release it, you're probably going to either slam it closed, or jam your fingers in it.

I needed just a bit more storage space in my bathroom... then I realized my fake sink cabinet front could be converted to attach this tray with the included hinges! Voila! Totally serves the purpose for holding my make up, clippers, tweezers, & other personal items that I can store & hide away.

Bought this for a new sink base we had recently put in our laundry room. The hinges and tray were quick and easy to install. It works perfectly. Quality is equal to those we've had installed for years, that are still operating smoothly.

Used these in my bathroom. Bought an older home that had no bathroom drawers so this is great for the flip out top panel to put small things in. Was driving me crazy not having drawers.

Clear instructions able to add additional storage space to our vanity. However, I wish they would have provided a few extra screws. One of them snapped off during installation and we had to buy more ourselves.

Just what we were looking for. Glad we got three because it took one to figure out the best way to install. After I got the hang of it, they went quickly and work well.
