Really disappointed
I bought this bag for my 8 year old for Christmas. He absolutely loved it. The bag is a good size, lovely material and nice colour. However, on first use the zip snapped, there was another zip though so he used this to zip the bag up, but this one wouldn't stay closed. I’ve tried my best to fix it, but sadly I’d have to remove and replace the entire zip, so the bag is unusable and my son is really gutted. Very disappointing.Picture shows remaining zip (the one that didn’t snap off), but the bag won’t stay closed with it.

Slow delivery
The quality of the bag seems fine, although it's early days and we're currently unable to send our son to school with a backpack.However, the delivery is incredibly slow and was even outside of the already slow estimates.Don't purchase if you're in a hurry!

Amazing
Arrived a lot quicker than it was said to.Got this for my son’s birthday, and he absolutely loves it. It’s a good size, and very good quality item. Looks just like on the picture.

Would not recommend
Sorry befo would not recommend this bag my little boy who is 8 had it a week and one of the straps stitching came off so I just stitched it up but a couple of days later the other one came off.Weight in bag has noting to do with it as there is not much in his bag and his bag is kept on a hook in cloakroom. As due to covid all his stuff is kept in class at all times he only had packed lunch and rain coat in the bag. This is the first bag in 5 years I have had this problem with.

Great sized rucksack, nice design lost a mark as quite a few loose threads near the zip area.Son very happy with new school rucksack

Good value and great quality
I think for the price of this ruksack is great quality, the material is very thick and durable. And like most of these bags the zips tend to be the weakest part. The graphics on the bad are very good as well. My son is very happy with this item. But this seems to be good to. I would use this seller again thanks.
