I have had this in my current home for 5 years. It is great. I purchased a new one for my new home. I do love it, looks wonderful in my new home and I have confidence that it will work well just like my last purchase, I really do not like pull down faucets, this is much better. Doesn't have a long cord to pull when you want to rinse the sink (even double basin) or your dishes. Perfect and pleasing to look at

Ahh what a Beautiful sink and faucet. It’s sleek has a little gold for the bling and handles well and it’s easy to turn on and off. I can wash dishes even better now focus the nozzle wherever I need to focus and it also the pull down and has swivel handle it cleans all parts of the sink and dishes and glasses you need to get to with water. And had it has two settings of flow of water. Spray or funnel. It is lovely I filled my soap dispenser today it’s so easy and comfortable. Just make sure you get the countertop installers to cut the correct space for your sink and make sure they drill the correct number of holes you need for installation of your faucet and soap dispenser. And make sure to empty under your cabinets before the faucet install. Take eve trytjing out! And tipThem! Please! Amen! I love it - it’s my fave thing in the kitchen. Yaaa love you amazon- quick delivery - I actually received my faucet sink and soap dispenser and accessories next day air. I received two kraus faucets so I had to return one but it was easy return as well. It’s well made and huge! Fed ex came and picked I upThe extra faucet they sent and I didn’t need one of drains I bought so I got to return that as well. Smile faucet and drain and sink arrived - got it next day and Before noon!! Awesome - good purchase. Thank you! The best! Faucet ever in my opinion.

Looks sharp and work’s fantastic. It’s a beautiful design, with my big island this broke it up just right and its function is smooth. I’m very pleased with the purchase!

Well made heavy duty metal faucet. Seems to work fine so far. The hoses are a little light weight. They twisted up easily. I really like the rinsing feature.

SUMMARY:A very nice faucet, with a great finish and matching 'accessories'I recommend.PROS:Good finish, with no inconsistencies. (also, it perfectly matches the pure water spigot and soap dispenser)Solid operation, with a nice actuation of the lever, and plenty of flow.Pull down feature works fine, and has enough slack. (I added an extra weight to the hose just to ensure extra keeping force)All necessary parts included, with clear instructions, and overall a very easy install.CONS:The 'spray' feature is not a hard switch. If you use the faucet on low, or turn it off and back on, it automatically reverts to the stream. This is known from the description, but I just don't like it.I do wish that the connection from the pull-down hose to the spray head had a swivel fitting. I like to rinse things out upside down so that I KNOW it's clean. I can still do this with the faucet, but it's nicer with a swivel connector.Not sure why, but when using the spray on this it seems to splatter all over the place. My last faucet did not have spray drops everywhere when I used the spray feature, but it was a different height...

Excellent design and very well made. Installation was easy, probably the easiest I have experienced. However, when you attempt to register your product for warranty purposes it leaves a bitter taste. The registration is the usual go online to this site. Asks a couple of questions about where and when it was purchased and the model number. Then you get an email asking for a copy of the invoice and more information including the "batch number". The email hints at the possibility that the warranty will not be honored if you do not reply with these documents. My faucet did not have a batch number which is supposedly on a silver tag with a do not remove statement. After I replied that I did not have a batch number and the tag was not present on my faucet. I received yet another email stating hinting again that the warranty may not be honored without the batch number. I was ready to remove the faucet and return it to Amazon when I received yet a third email stating my faucet was good. I really had no plans to even apply for the warranty on a sub $200 faucet that will likely outlast my interest in this house. But, none of this required additional information is even hinted in the packaged installation and warranty information documents. Krause can do a better job of registering warranty and why a batch number is important on a supposed lifetime product warranty eludes me!

For the kitchen , very sturdy, great quality, and love the gold and black combination. Match my granite island.

I have to say I'm impressed. First, about how easy it is to install (you can believe me as it was my first time ever installing a faucet of any kind); second, how nice it looks, with impeccable finish, really sturdy construction and design - and not only in the visible parts, but the stuff that goes below the counter as well, which are more important right?). I do miss the extendable hose from the previous faucet this one is replacing, which allowed me to push the faucet head and wash/spray lower and closer to the sink bottom and edges, but this one is good enough and the trade-off is really worth it. I definitelly recommend this purchase. By the way, I found this faucet after realizing the one I was looking for, from Kohler, was out of stock at Costco. I am happy I found this one from Krauss that looks the same (or better!) and was less expensive.

I am happy with everything about this faucet. Clean. looking, good spray, easy to clean and feels like very good quality. Highly recommend. I bought the matching Kraus water filter that that is a perfect fit to may faucet.

It's been more than 6 months since installation and I can honestly say that it's the best kitchen faucet, hands down. Stylish design, a holder for a small towel and a couple of settings for the sprayhead. No more struggling with a weight underneath the counter because there isn't one; it's perfect for those who don't have much space in there. The faucet comes with a plate, so it can hide any imperfections on the sink you may have left from the previous installation. Highly recommend.
