Grow you hair & show off that glowy skin
Don’t know why I ever stopped taking these in the first place. After taking these consistently for several months my skin was the best it ever looked & my hair grew out super long past my boobs, which never happened until I was taking these. I stopped taking them for a while & noticed my hair doesn’t grow as fast & is more prone to breakage, which sucks since I had to give it a chop. I also noticed these dry flaky patches that I sometimes get, which is annoying under makeup. Given that, I’m back on these & will not stop taking them. Works great especially when combined with collagen, but I just use a collagen powder supplement I throw in my coffee / tea since it’s priced better & works well.

A facial in a bottle of glowing skin
So I actually ordered these for my skin because it was lacking that glow due to perimenopause. I honestly wasn't expecting much, but WOW my skin is glowing!!! Looks like I slept a whole 8 hours of pure rest. I could not stop staring in the mirror at how beautiful and clear my skin was! I ordered a second bottle. This stuff is amazing. A facial in a bottle. Worth every penny!

Noticeable difference in nails, not hair.
I see a large difference in the strength of my nails, not so much in my hair. A problem for me is it gives me nausea when taken on an empty stomach so I have to take it with food.

Great for skin and clean ingredients
Ive been using it for years and gives your skin a bounce and definitely miss that when I take a break from it occasionally. I like the ingredients and worth the price

Not for me
I didn’t notice any difference in my hair, skin or nails. I have a good routine as it is and use quality products; I eat healthy and take vitamins so maybe this is as good as it gets for my age. It has quality ingredients but since I didn’t see any positive results, I won’t be buying again.
