This is a great way to sneak vegetables into any picky eater’s diet. Sometimes I even sprinkle into my own food. It has no noticeable flavor and easily mixes into savory foods like scrambled eggs or mac & cheese. A little goes a long way, my first jar lasted me over a year. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that the price hasn’t gone up yet (unlike everything else these days).

Are you not getting enough vegetables daily? Well, if you’re not, this is a great product. You just shake a little over your vegetables, your meat or even a salad…. No taste, but gives you a full day of the vegetables vitamins and minerals ! Great if you have young children that don’t like vegetable! Shake this over something on their dinner plate and it works like a charm!

This product is fantastic!! I have two boys. One is a picky toddler and the other is older and on the spectrum diagnosed with ARFID. This has been a game changer. My oldest avoids all new foods and if he smells or tastes anything off in his food, he will eliminate it and further cut back on the foods he will eat. I have been beside myself with worry of vet his eating habits. He will not even look at vegetables. He inspects all of his food by smelling and touching before he’ll eat. I’m not going to lie, this product costs a small fortune and I was scared to try it for fear that he would eliminate another food if he detected anything new. Great news! He did not. I mix it in his morning oatmeal and sprinkle it on his nightly pizza. We’re on month two of him getting some sort of food based vitamins and minerals and I’m ecstatic! It mixes in nice and when I shake it on his pizza, it blends right in. I am so grateful for this product and I’ll continue to buy it!

Perfect for people with ARFID. I mix it in with my Mac n cheese and you can’t taste it. Super fine powder so it mixes in nicely. With it was a little cheaper but it is great

My child won’t eat any fruit or vegetables. I add this to their food and their pediatrician reviewed several labels and chose this one. It stimulates her appetite and she is more willing to try new things. Very willing actually. It’s a moss green powder that doesn’t really change foods’color, has a slight vitamin smell, but my kid tolerates it well

Great for kiddos with a limited diet. We utilize this in our kiddos water bottles. It doesn't desolve fully unless you utilize hot water. No complaints after 5 years.

I like the product itself, but it’s really a rip off for the price. my biggest complaint is they give you this container that is only 1/4 of the way full. So it’s very deceiving/sneaky thinking you’re getting a whole container of powder for $40, but in reality it’s probably only a couple of tablespoons. Unfortunately, I won’t buy again.

When I first started to use this in my 5 year old son whose Autistic. I would put it on his toast in the morning with butter so the powder sticks and a bit of pink Himalayan salt. After a couple of days and many many bm's later. He kept saying ' tummy hurt" I stopped the powder for a few days and he's back to normal. I'm pretty sure I will not buy this again plus it's such a small amount. I get that these products settle in their containers but it didn't even look like 1/4 of the container had product in it. Hope this works better for others.
