I've had plantar fascitis for about three months now, I'm 58 but I've been hobbling around like a 90 year old, I was actually considering using a walking stick because the pain had been so bad. Gives good support to the achilles tendon. It is easy to be set and could stand for long

This works great. I pulled a ligament in my ankle and needed support for a while and now when exercising. It stops my ankle rolling which is great when running etc. its comfy to wear and easy to use
