Brings out your inner voyeur.
I'm actually surprised I ended up liking this. I had tried another of Ms. Bennett's first of series books and didn't like it, but decided to give her another try. I don't care for serial stories after being burned by the Crossfire series, but Ms. Bennett releases all of her serial works very close together, so if you wait - you know what you're signing on for rather quickly. Another thing I like is making the first part of the series free so you can see if it's something that might interest you, and if not, you haven't lost anything but time. I think if serial books are to continue, this should be the way they all are.I absolutely hated the use of the "c" word in the prologue of this story, and almost stopped reading right there (but I was slightly prejudiced). I decided to try the first chapter at least, and I have to say I was sucked into the story. There were a few times I felt I had to suspend disbelief, but it was a compelling read anyway. It's hot and steamy, and I really do like Samantha, even if I want to slap her sometimes. I have to say I am intrigued enough to want to read the conclusion. This is an adult only story - language, scenarios, etc. not for the timid.

WOW...did not see that ending coming
This book ends on a major cliffhanger, but the conclusion has been released, so you don't have to wait to read it.Samantha has been divorced for two years after catching her husband cheating on her with her then best friend. She's just moved into a new home where she meets her new handsome neighbor, Patrick. After several hot encounters, she finds out he's married. Even though he explains its an open marriage, Samantha doesn't want to see him again. After a neighborhood party, there a tragedy that happens. We have to read part 2 to find out what happens.I really like Patrick and Samantha and I'm hoping we get a happy ending for them. I have some idea as to who the bad person is, but I'm not sure yet. Can't wait to read the conclusion and see.

Loved them both
I have read Fatal Seduction 1 and 2. Loved them both.I love the way Liv Bennett takes the reader on a roller coaster ride filled with all kinds of emotions. Then ends up with HEA for the characters. The reader ends up rooting for some and hoping others get their just desserts. And, the reader does that and nore. I was completely satisfied with the ending and everything in between, although I must confess that I figured it out and still read to the end.BRAVO Liv!! What else have you got for us?

Not a Fatal Seduction
There was no seduction in this book. There was lust, fascination, craving but not seduction. I am so tired of reading these romance stories about weak women. For once I want a woman to make a man work for her affection. She shouldn't be so EASY to please especially when her past relationship resulted in a divorce because ber husband cheated with her best friend. She was not supposed to give it up so easily. Well, maybe that's why it's fiction. Sigh....

I should have taken a nap instead
This book was quick and easy to read on the plane and free from Amazon so I tried it. There was no real plot or character development just soft core porn. The end was the only interesting part and only because it was really the beginning of the sequel. The only reason this book even exists, and is free, is to try to get you to buy the sequels. With characters you can't like or care about and no action I don't know who would pay money for a sequel. My recommendation, don't waste your time reading this book.

Loved it
I've read a few books by Liv Bennett and so far haven't been disappointed. I love Samantha and Patrick. Still trying to figure out the ex husband and whether or not I think he's an ass or not. The sex scenes are HOT and oh so good. And then you throw in a mystery cliffhanger. Don't usually read books with a cliffhanger but book one is so good I will definitely read book two.

Another Winner by Liz!
I love all of Liz Bennet's books. This one is no exception. I liked the slightly different direction this storyline takes. As always, plenty of beautiful, sexy characters and steamy, H O T encounters. A real page-turner, Liz keeps you guessing as to where the characters will go next. The end was a surprise and I cannot wait for the next book in the series to find out "who done it!" Read Fatal Seduction and you will not be disappointed!

Surprisingly good
I really did not know what to expect but I really did enjoy this and the style in which it was written. I am terrible for not trying new authors the twist in this tale is the perfect reason as to why you should on to the next

Super read
This book has the most amazing twist at the end and was a complete blindside I just did not see this coming.
