shipped very nicely and was package great! the box is so adorable and nice. the glass is thick, easy to clean, durable, its pours very nice not to fast but not to slow. its worth the money. happy it was free shipping. the letters, words and designs doesn't come off. Ive had this for over a year and the glass hasn't chipped, broken, or the designs hasn't came off as well! its a great gift. easy to use. 100/10 would buy again.

Item came defective
Item came defective. There was a chip in the glass. Poor quality control. Item should’ve never been shipped as is. Item was packaged properly and tight in a box with bubble wrap. Wanting the item replaced. Waiting to hear from seller. Will update the review, after the problem has been resolved. Updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Great customer service, prompt response and replacement from the seller. Received before Christmas. The gifts were great and my bosses loved them.
