Yummy! Helpful cooking charts and tips, great price!
I live alone this year, far away from my nearest and dearest. I am so lazy that I hate cooking for myself. Before entering the university, my mom always cooked for me and I was good with that. I started renting a flat and my mature life has begun. I needed to buy ingredients and cook by myself. Every day one cannot go to the pizza shop or restaurant because it is quite expensive for a student.For New Year, my relatives presented me with an Air Fryer. I was rather surprised and did not know what way to use this magical device. I have asked my classmate who is into cooking and she explained to me the way it works. Since then, I use this book nearly every day! If you want to add flavor to your dinner, this book shows you the way. I use all the ingredients and add herbs and spices to my taste or remove ingredients. All the recipes are simple to follow, and most of the ingredients are in the fridge. This is a valuable book for students or workers who don't have time for preparing food. It's undoubtedly a keeper. It is also a great choice for a present. If you're new to cooking or a beginner willing to explore new ideas, this book would make an outstanding addition to your collection. There are so many beneficial elements that make it a must purchase. This is a well-designed cookbook of basic methods for cooking that sets you up for achievement. There is also a helpful measurement conversion chart at the beginning of the book. It's pretty easy to follow the recipes because the preparation steps are properly explained. As I have said before, I am not a big fan of cooking and prefer to order something ready rather than to get stuck in the kitchen for a few hours and be absorbed in cooking. The ones I have tried to cook taste amazing! I am wondering why I didn't buy Air Fryer and this book earlier. It is so quick, convenient, healthy, and delicious. I will highly recommend this cookbook to every student who needs to learn how to cook individually. Now, when I come to my parents for holidays, I always cook something for them using these Air Fryer recipes. They are flexible and can be cooked in the oven as well. My parents are really proud of me and I always get so many compliments that finally I became an adult who can take care of himself without anybody’s help. Must have for lazy students like me! Worth it!

Good cookbook, uses metric measurements.
Great recipes. Only thing is I did not notice recipes use celcius on air fryer temperature. I must not have noticed if the description said metric or not. It does have a conversion chart in the front, but I just ask Alexa when needed.

Good cookbook
The recipes are good and well written. But the reason we bought this was because we thought it had 1000 recipes. The title for us suggested this and how it is worded made it sound like that. I still don't know what a thousand days has got to do with the title except to make it sound like a thousand recipes. Aside from this I would say it's a good cookbook and my wife is going to keep it.

This book is great
Just received my book, I like that it has breakfast, lunch, dinner, appetizers, snacks and desserts. easy to read. The Ingredients are easy most likely the everyday usually used in most recipes. in each recipes there are pictures of each menu. The Down Side for some people is that the Pictures are Black and White, the whole book is. I don't mind that at all.But who needs pictures, When all you need to know is about the RECIPE'S and how to make a great meal. This Book will Teach you about How to Cook in an air Fryer also about the temperatures ect. Iike it very much cause all the Recipes are Healthy and that's the reason why I and a lot of people buy and want an Air Fryer to cook Healthy Meals.

That is what I was looking for!
Had an Air Fryer for some time and only done chips in it someone mentioned that you can cook other meals in it, we were a bit stuck for a meal tonight so decided to have a look and see if we could cook something else in it just to expand out cooking experience and try out some new recipes.A quick search on google brought this book up on amazon and as I have a fire, we bought it and downloaded it to the tablet. The book is an eye-opener to what you can do with an Air Fryer, muffins, chocolate cake, salmon, cauliflower rice, the list goes on!!The book is well laid out split into different meals and courses, each recipe is split into ingredients instructions and nutritional values.The range of recipes is great and there is something for everyone’s taste in here, also there’s quite a lot of vegetarian recipes which is great for me, they are all straight forward to do with clear instructions that are easy to follow. Cooking temperature & timings are precise and there is a handy conversion table at the start of the book in case you work in C, F or gas mark.I particularly like the nutritional values as they are not just cals they have fat, sugars, carbs etc as well so helps to make a healthy choice!There are pictures of the final product as well, but I don’t think my cooking will look as good!Great recipes, simple food, easy to follow instructions, highly recommended!

Misleading title
I was expecting 1000 recipes as well as colour photographs of the recipes.The recipes are simple and easy to follow. More vegan and vegetarian recipes would be useful.

Lots of nice recipes
Nice cook book if you’re looking for a good recipes for your air fryer there’s a Lotta good ones in here looking forward to trying them out only thing I wish the pictures were coloured but they’re in black-and-white but deafly a good cookbook
