It is supposed to aid in making your blood slippery, if I understand correctly. I wish it did aid bone density, but I haven't read about that.

This does not contain vitamin k.

Nattovena, 200 mg, and Nattokinase at 4,000 FU. There is cellulose in the vegetarian capsule. Free of dairy, gluten, and soy allergens. No artificial colors or preservatives. I use this for restless leg syndrome. It really helps.
