**Update** 8/2022These are still going strong, everything works as it should. The tape is surprisingly still holding and has NOT budged. Mind you this is in our kitchen, we are heavy cookers and they are directly attached to our exhaust above our stove. They get a massive amount of steam, heat, oily residue, and condensation EVERY SINGLE DAY but it still works great and the tape hasn’t moved. I am actually shocked that I haven’t had to reattach them… or that the lights haven’t gone out as they aren’t rated to handle the direct heat, cooking, your exhaust, the amount of moisture and steam hitting them is kind of crazy.. you’d think they would’ve fallen down or gone out by now but… nope, still good. For the cheap amount of $ paid, it’d say they’re pretty good little lights that we use all day, every day. Best wishes 🙏2019 Review:I have been extremely pleased with this purchase. I wanted to add under cabinet lighting without having to deal with electric and wires. I figured since almost all homes have outlets set above your stove so that you can have a microwave I could probably use the outlet for my lights. I can not stress this enough I am not one to ever want to deal with running wires and dealing with electrical work. I wanted to have a dimmer but wasn’t sure how I was going to be able to access the switch as it was going to be above the stove in the upper cabinets. I came across this set up and all my problems were solved. My biggest worry was the remote strength and it not being enough. A few other sets I tried, the receiver had to be somewhat hanging out or visible to be used. Luckily ever panned out, the remote was strong enough to reach the receiver and everything turned out better than I had hoped. My set up was super easy, I simply put two small holes with my drill into the cabinets, one from below the cabinets so I could run the lights and the 2nd was drilled inside the cabinet into the side of the upper to allow the lights to be plugged into the outlet that it shared w the microwave. None of the holes can be seen, the lights easily stuck to the under cabinets, I actually ran it all the way across our microwave/exhaust to add extra lighting. I then used a 3M Velcro tape hanging strip and placed one on the remote and the other on the wall where I wanted it. I was pleasantly surprised out how it works and came out. The automatic setting is 100% which is great for cooking and provides enough light that you don’t have to use your overhead if you don’t want to. We use it almost 24hrs a day, we turn it to 25% and dim it down 2, then leave them on all night as a nightlight for the kitchen. The light works great during the day to light the areas we use the most and prevents use from having to run our puck lights. It gives it a nice little added functionality and ambience but is also saving us money as the energy consumption on these led strips are NEXT TO ZERO. At the time of purchase there were zero ratings but I am glad I gave it shot, it has turned out to be great led strip and remote set AND! I DID NOT HAVE TO RUN WIRES, DEAL WITH ELECTRIC OR BUY THE WASTEFUL BATTERY POWERED ONES THAT TURN TO GARBAGE AFTER A MONTH 5 star’s.

The lights work as it is supposed to and sticks well with the various surfaces that I have put them on. The only issue I am having with this is that the lights do not stay on constantly; it is either in a strobe mode, or fading mode or blinking mode .............. but not in a constantly ON mode. It was working right initially, but something happened and now I cannot change it to a constant ON mode no matter how much I try. It seems to be an issue with the remote module which controls the lights. I am hoping the manufacturer fixes this for me.

We purchased these lights for built in display cabinets in an older home, stringing them back and forth around shelves and the frame, reinforcing the adhesive with extra tape at corners of the wood frame. We managed to position the thin tape behind moldings and door mullions, so the lights don't actually show -- perfect! An entire string can be quite bright but the dimmer works perfectly. It was my mistake to order so much length, as the lights come in two rolls but with only one set of controls, and our cabinets are too far apart to connect the strings. I haven't been able to find the correct set of extra adapters/plugs that fit the connectors, so will just end up buying another shorter set of lights. I didn't need to cut or splice the tape, or use the tacks, so I can't comment on the ease. in short, it was a quick and dirty application, but I am still very happy.

I replaced under counter fluorescent fixtures that were going bad so the plug-in transformer wouldn't work for me. I didn't need the remote since I had a wall switch for the fluorescents. I ordered some plastic boxes and a 5 volt transformer from Amazon. The AC connections are in one box and the 5 volt connections are made in the other box.The adhesive on the light strip is good enough in the middle but some supports are needed where the wires join the strips and in places to hold the wires up against the counter. My wife loves the 5000K lighting over the 2700K fluorescents. I used two strips under the counter but could have used three or more if the lumens weren't sufficient. I cut the 25 foot strip and used a connector for the second strip. My first try resulted in no light but realigning the connector on the strip was successful. I don't expect any problems with the next counter.

The media could not be loaded.  Light came out great, I used them for my curio cabinet to help Bringen up my collection. Installation was quick and easy. Lights are honestly a lot brighter than I expected, I can see pretty much every little thing in my cabinet. The remote honest works a lot better than I expected too, it works with obstacles in the way and even works when in another room.Definitely the best light strips to buy when looking for good quality and low price.

With 50 ft. Of strip to work with, I was able to route this all around in my dark closet giving nice even light all over. The 3M sticky back on the tape seems to be working well as do the lights themselves. Fingers crossed that this continues to perform well because it really works great for this application.

I'm using these lights for my sound booth. They have good brightness, adhere well. I love that there's a remote control and two different strips. Unfortunately one of the strips stopped working and one strip is not enough for my desired brightness. There may be a way to fix them but I can't figure out how to contact the seller. Will update if fixed.

This is the second purchase for these lights, they are easy to install, work great and if it weren't for the lightning strike we had the first set would still be working great.
