Easy to install - if you have the right fittings!
I bought this as Grohe seems to make quality products. The product I received seemed to be a slightly older model (the fittings to clamp it to the sink didn't match but it was still very simple). The installation of the product itself was a breeze (VASTLY simpler to install than the product it replaced), but it doesn't seem to quite have standard fittings - so I had to modify the existing plumbing. My existing pipework (apparently standard) had threads that were too big so I needed to buy "Tap tail adaptors" - specifically two 15mm x 3/8" bsp adaptors, along with two new 'olives' (little copper rings) that fit onto the existing compression fittings. I also needed PTFE tape for those to make sure they didn't leak. The nuts on the Grohe taps need a 19mm spanner and my existing compression fittings needed a 24mm spanner - neither of which I had - so I spent £15 each on an adjustable spanner and a locking pliers so that I could fit the compression fitting properly.Grohe's installation video make it look patronisingly easy - which it is if you have no tap to remove and matching pipework to connect it to. It is a DIY job, and a relatively easy one, but the awkwardness of access behind the sink, the fiddliness of existing pipework and the sharp edges of the kitten cabinets all require much swearing & potentially more than one trip to a plumbing store. But I got it done in a couple of hours, all-told.

Great product
Good price for the item. Looks good. It was relatively easy to fit but be aware that the connectors are standard European size and needed adaptors to connect to UK fittings. Did. Or mention that and luckily my local plumbing merchants had two in stock. Happy with the purchase so far

Great Tap but I guess I received the "old" model
The mixer tap looks amazing and once installed works well! A few points to note though:- I received the version without the "easy fit" - it's the model with the 2 screws. Given the very limited space I have under the sink, it hasn't been the easiest way to install - but once done it works well and there are no leaks.- The cold lever is towards "you". So if the lever is in vertical position (aligned with the actual tap), it runs hot water. I found this to be a bit odd but in the tap there are even the 2 marks for hot/cold - so this is by design.- I had to install 2 adapters as they weren't included in the box - thankfully I was ready for it.All in all a good product but definitely incorrect advertising - wondering if there are other differences between the new model and the one I got.

Smooth Installation (Eventually...)
Not really a tool free installation, did require a adjustable wrench and a philips headscrew driver. But otherwise, it fits my kitchen sink nicely, no problems experienced install it, (only experienced lots of problems during the removal of the OLD faucet, learnt my lessons 🙃). No leaks spotted far... and the faucet looks exactly as shown. Very satisfied.Advice for future installers in the UK: You will need 2 EU to UK adaptor nut i.e G3/8 inches to G1/2 inches for the connection to the water supply. It will not fit otherwise. The adaptors are not included. It will be nice if the manufacturer include them in the package.

Great tap by a great manufacturer
When I bought this tap my wife wasn’t sure she liked it but after several months of use she things it is great and so do I. A fantastic tap at a good price, well worth recommending

Nice mixer. The flexi pipe size isn’t UK comparable, needed connector
The tab itself is very nice and robust. Easy to fit and looks smart. However, two main issues I had to highlight to UK customers:1- the fkex-pipe connector isn’t compatible to the standard UK planning system. It comes with 12mm size, while the UK system is generally 1/2” (about 15mm). I needed to visit screwfix few times to get the correct adapter.2- the ceramic cartridge caused a suddenly cut-off of water supply resulting in water hammer (loud banging pipes). I never had this issue before. Again, I needed to visit screwfix to get a water hammer arrestor. Having said that, ceramic cartridge is more durable and last long, so I accepted it.Otherwise, if you are happy with these 2 minor issues then this mixer is amazing

Easy to install
This tap is very easy to install and we did it ourselves. Works great for now, and rather easy to clean. I didn’t go for the pull out ones because they are too expensive for the purpose. Comparatively, this one is more cost effective. Hope this would last long enough.
