Fits perfect and has 2 levels of adjustments. Creates an even compression against chest and belly. I’m 3 weeks post op and no fluid build up. Secret is to get the right size. If you measure your chest before surgery remember it will go down about 5 inches so make sure you take that into consideration. Fabric is really comfortable (Considering what it is) and breathable. Much better than the compression vest provided by my surgeon. Great value.

I like how it flattens my chest and is somewhat comfortable. I chose the right size but I didn't account for how long it was and the fact that if we account for my dumptruck it does not fit and I need a bigger size. The arm holes dug into my arm pits a little and I cannot wear it without folding it over as seen in the photo. It's quite breathable tho!

Purchased for wear post-surgery. I initially thought it might be too small as I was at the upper limit of the size range but fit perfect following surgery. Easy to put on without any assistance. I recommend you go with as tight a fit as comfortable to minimize pain and swelling. I purchased a second once I realize how comfortable this was. Same or better quality but less expensive than medical supply company products.

Have tried tank style binders, and found them uncomfortable and hard to put on. They also rolled up. This style seems to stay in place, and is very comfortable. Works as it should. It's not very discrete if you plan on wearing a t-shirt. I dress in layers, so this is not an issue.

I literally just got it in the mail about half an hour ago; and having ordered it on black friday I was surprised at how quickly it arrived!I don't have, well, any experience with binders so I don't know how it compares; but I think it fits well and it's nice and cool and very breathable!My worries were confirmed about the hooks being in the front though, as they do show through clothing; I think if you wore dark colors it would hide it though.I did get a size smaller than I thought would fit, and I'm glad I did, it seems to fit just right!

These are great. I had emergency abdominal surgery in 2015 and will have to wear these PLUS an elastic binder around my waist for the rest of my life because I sneezed in the hospital room and got a hernia which has expanded and covers my entire abdomen. They don't think a mesh will work to correct it and keep my 'guts' inside. I wear it 23.5 hours a day and have a whole collection of them. I noted that they fit 'Somewhat Small' but because I need the extra 'power', I like it that way.
