First, I will say it didn’t work with the first pill. And it didn’t work dropping pounds at a time. It has been slow, but… I did the research after hearing an Instagrammer try to peddle his special snake oil at a pretty price. I found the NIH studies showing the exact amounts used and the exact suppliers for the studies that had the results. Then I started looking for products that had the ingredients studied and proven from the supplier in the quantities that were proven. There are multiple products out there, but this one was the one that I thought was most reasonably priced and I could tweak to take the amounts as needed per the studies. Additionally, I added another product I’m listing here. It’s Naturewise Nighttime Fitness Support Supplement & Natural Sleep Aid called Nighttime Slim. It has Capsimax and Coleus Forskholii Extract (root). I take 1 tablet of the Paradoxine twice daily roughly/loosely after a meal and 1 Nighttime slim at bedtime with a yogurt at least. Any more and it tears my stomach up something awful. But I’ve dropped about 5 pounds with no additional exercise and no diet change. I eat moderately ok. Not super healthy, not super bad. I don’t drink alcohol, but I do drink caffeine in the morning. I walk a mile a day, but I’ve done that and more for years and haven’t been able to get the visceral fat to budge. Good luck to all. I initially rated this product two stars because it didn't work for me. However, the company's excellent customer service, including offering a full refund, has led me to update my review to four stars. While the product wasn't effective in my case, their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable. It may work well for others, so I encourage potential buyers to consider their own needs and consult with the company if unsure.

I have been using Super Smart Paradoxine 40 mg for 2 months after seeing some FB ads regarding paradoxine revving up metabolism and weight loss. I have tried many products that did not work for me (Hydrocut, 1234 drops, etc) but adding paradoxine along with my 45 minute walk daily and my 7 min Standing Abs by Svelte Training and low impact 7min HIIT (You Tube- Meredith Shirk is amazing!!). And of course eating better. I have seen am increase in energy and the weight is coming off slowly but surely. 16 lbs in 3 months ! And I feel amazing. Maybe its a combo of the paradoxine, exercise (low impact only) and a healthier diet... but its working. And I am motivated to continue. Stay the course, get healthier, feel better.... thats the goal. And I believe the paradoxine has helped me achieve my goals.

Based on personal experience and metabolism, this product did not produce measurable fat burning results. Perhaps the product needs to be taken for a long time before noticing any difference.

Most people have ingested this product without even knowing it if they eat Thai, African, Middle Eastern, etc. foods. If you are not allergic to ginger you shouldn't have any problems. This is safer than any other metabolism boosting, fat burning synthetic products. Now, here is the heart breaker- those who think they are losing weight due taking paradoxine are incorrect. This product in its recommended dose on the bottle is just giving a little bit of energy which is just complimenting anything else you may be doing. If you are not doing anything else you will have no results. The recommended dosage is much lower than the clinical dosage utilized in research trials. In order to receive the the full benefit of weight loss by triggering the thermogenesis process and having the visceral (belly) fat turn from white to brown, a person needs a minimum of 500mg of paradoxine a day. That is 12 PILLS OF THIS PRODUCT A DAY. That is 1 BOTTLE A WEEK. Each pill only contains 40 mg. 120 mg is 3 pills a day... do the math. If you want the results without taking any other supplements this is the purest Paradoxine I have found and it is a good price. IT IS WORTH A BOTTLE A WEEK!

I received the product efficiently. I have learned that when trying supplements or prescription drugs that it is sometimes best to start with a smaller amount to test for side effects. I took less than one capsule, to try it, and did notice a slight decrease and delay in appetite. I did not feel any caffeine type stimulation. However, although I took the product in the A.M. I had more difficulty with getting to sleep at night. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY I noticed a change in my heart rate. Not much faster or slower, just slightly irregular, as it might be if experiencing some anxiety. If you have any tendency toward heart problems, or insomnia, this might not be the product for you. It is good to pay attention to how your body responds and feels when trying new supplements, herbs, etc. Depending on your situation, other products that work on a ketogenic basis might be worth considering.
