2-inch Total Drop at the Seat
On 2-week old DRZ400s, total drop at the seat was 2 inches after dropping the front 9/16", which is the most I could do after adding 30mm spacers. Without the spacers, you can only lower the handlebars about 3/8th of an inch. Note that OEM seat height is 36.8 inches.I'm 5'10" with 31" inseam and I could not balance the bike vertically at OEM height; it leaned over a bit on my toes and this was not going to work for me because I feared my calf's would cramp up one day and I'd fall over. Center to center, this link is about 140mm; OEM about 125mm. The drop was 3 inches at the rear. (Measured at the license plate.)All in all, however, this drop appears to be a bit too much for me. Maybe, it’ll feel better after adjusting for sag; otherwise, I'm going to look for 130mm links, or get adjustable ones.Update: I got a pair of KoubaLink DRZ1 which has 130 mm center to center. That should lower seat height to one inch instead of two. Will report on that later.

Very nice, great price and steel bushings.
Fit perfectly, went in easy. Was in tippy tip toes and felt a bit uncomfortable as stick height. Installed these dog bones, no I am about an inch from flat. Didn't want flat but want the balls of my feet firm and stable for a solid balance base. These were perfect for my drz400s. Adjusted my shock preload a bit as well and stiffened my damper setting as well. Lowered my from 1 1/16" to match. Went for a ride and bike is way more stable for me, much more nimble feeling and I am very happy. Steel bushings pressed in made installation a snap, just clean everything and lightly grease metal to metal. Feel much more confident and can always got back to stock if need be for a super crazy trail day in a snap.Highly recommend for anyone 5'8" like me.

It lowered the bike
Nice fit and finish. Really appreciate having plated steel bushings where the bolts go through. After installation of these links I re-measured the midpoint of the seat from the ground and found that it now sits 0.8" lower than before. Your results may vary, but it is def lower.

Lowers considerably more than 1.57”
Quality part that really sets the bike down. I’m 5’6 and stand flat footed with boots on the DRZ400S. As seen in the picture the gap between the muffler and the tire is reduced quite a bit from the original height. I bottomed it out the first time I rode it riding hard on ruts so this is meant for lighter riders and less aggressive. I weight 190.

The busings are already installed.
A very well machined and what looks like a nice powder coat give these links a nice look of quality. Some links available on the internet do not have the bushings installed and come bare. These links come with the bushings already pressed in and aligned allowing for a perfect installation. A great product...I would recommend these particular links. The delivery was fast, and the product was well packaged. I would do business with this company again.

Lowered 3 “ and way too soft
Lower way to far and the shock was soft. Removed and put stock back on. Just have to live with the bike being tall. Did put the Suzuki gel seat that lowers the seat 1” but less comfortable. 30” inseam so not that bad, but sucks in the woods.

Good
Added these to my DRZ400S and they dropped it just enough for me to get both feet flat on the ground now, which is what I wanted. I'm 6'0".Came with everything needed. Lowered the forks an inch or maybe a bit more, and it ride great.

Not 1.57 Inch Drop
They advertise as 1.57 Inch drop but it dropped my DRZ400S 2.25 inches. The side stand will not work the bike is so low. Took for a ride and the wheel hit the underside of the bike on woops. Not good. Not billet, these were cast.
