I lost my rechargable batteries can I buy them alone without the charger?

you can only charge one battery at a time, but this isnt a problem for me, I bought them for the stylus for the Microsoft Surface - only one battery needed at a time.

Normal aaaa are 1.5v, these say 1.2v do they have enough power?

This is a common difference between all rechargeable Ni-MH batteries and their alkaline equivalent. In practice, I’ve never had a problem with Ni-Mh batteries in any of the gadgets I’ve used them in, and the same applies with this AAAA battery which works perfectly in my Dell active stylus.
