This is my first stand mixer. I just got it and used it 2 days ago. I cannot say how it compares with the more expensive ones, but it works great for me. I used it to make a cheesecake batter with no problems. I saw other reviews mention that you have to scrap the sides and bottom of the bowl periodically, but I think that's pretty common for most mixers. There's some debate over the wattage of this mixer and I can tell you it is 300W. But for using in your home kitchen for basic recipes like cakes, mashed potatoes, cheesecakes, etc, Google says anything 250W and up should be sufficient. Also it says in the instruction manual to DO NOT put the attachments in the dishwasher HANDWASH ONLY. It weighs about 9 lbs and it's easy to lift and maneuver. It is made of plastic. The bowl is stainless steel and it locks onto the base. The attachments are kind of metal "ish" probably a metal coating over plastic, hense the handwash only instructions. It was easy to use and easy to clean up. If it breaks down on me with regular use, I will come back and let you know. I paid $70 for this mixer and I know it's advertised at several other places for $100-$120. I picked this one because it came in pink, for no extra charge and because it seemed small enough and powerful enough for me. *it mixed a cheesecake batter for a full 9 in springform pan with plenty of room left in the bowl, if that helps.

Great product was in really good shape when I received it and works perfectly. Was just what I was looking for. Would order another previously owned product. It's also super easy to clean. Also perfect for making large batches of cookies. It handles thick batters really well. It thoroughly mixes any batter you put in. On top of all this it's extremely easy to use.

I bought this mixer for my daughter to make slime. It shipped on time and looks exactly like the picture looks. Visually it is a very nice mixer. It has suction cup things on the bottom of the mixer and they work well to keep it in place. It has several different attachments but my daughter has only used the dough hook. It works perfectly for her with exception of clay based slimes. It is too thick for the mixer and it will get stuck and not mix. It is also a little noisy compared to other mixers I have used. This is a very inexpensive mixer and my daughter is happy with it.

This mixer is light weight and durable. It mixes the ingredients well and easy to clean. The suction cups on the bottom really holds it down. This is a very good mixer that works well and a great value for the money. Everything I expected. I love the color also. I'm very satisfied!

This is honesty the worst mixer ever. I just went to use for the third time since I purchased it and it broke. Motor is toast. No I didn’t overload it. It was a small batch of cookie dough. What a complete waste of money !

The attachments don't reach to the bottom of the bowl. Leaves ingredients united and I have to mix them in by hand.
