Small bottle.
Bought this bottle for exquisite cocktails but mainly used with Pernod and black.Tastes nice.👍

Very very good
Perfect for a Kir Royale but very nice on it's own. Lovely rich flavour but not sickly. At Christmas I added a shot to ice cream like an Affogato.

Vegan friendly, not quite as sweet as other brands
Bought this so I could make a french martini for my vegan girlfriend. Other 'more popular' brands aren't vegan due to their use of honey however this one is 'vegan friendly.'Flavour is good in a French martini but not as sweet and a little more bitter than other raspberry liquers I have used.

Why purchase Cassis when in France when the British version is so good.
I found this Cassis to be as good if not better than the French version! Whoops should I have said that I wonder?Really love it. Would recommend.

Not very raspberry - a bit disappointing
I purchased the White Heron Brands British Framboise with high hopes for a delightful addition to my New Year's Eve cocktail-making session. However, we ended up not making cocktails and the liqueur remained unopened until now, two months later.Upon opening the bottle, I was immediately disappointed to find that the lovely dark pink colour I anticipated had faded into a disappointing brownish hue. The aroma was lacking the vibrant scent of raspberries I had expected, and upon tasting, the flavour fell short of the fruity burst I had hoped for.Sadly, this White Heron Framboise did not live up to my expectations. The lack of raspberry flavour and the unfortunate discolouration make it clear that I won't be buying it again. It's a shame as I had high hopes for this liqueur, but unfortunately, it did not deliver.
