On time and exactly correct

I've researched Ginger quite a bit, there are a lot of fantastic benefits from gingerols: Digestion, stomach ease, and ECS support. This product does not fail to deliver. However, the reason I rated it a 3/5 is because there is another brand that has the same strength but is overall cheaper (when ordering the larger size bottle). I will be returning to that brand after I am finished with the brand from the Depot.

These potent little capsules are fantastic. I bought these to combine with Curcumin/ Black Pepper capsules, and Boswellia. The combination seems to be just what I needed for my joints and muscles. Great value for the price. I'll be buying these again

These are extremely strong. Lots of other ginger supplements don't show their standardization, or have it at 5% or 10%. These are 20%. 1 pill is more than enough, 2 will most likely give you heartburn. Sometimes I feel a tingle and very slight burn with just 1 pill. However in terms of helping with digestion and nausea, 10/10, zero complaints. I find that the slight burn is worth it. Eating bigger meals most likely will minimize the heart burn.

This is extremely potent, if you’re looking for a powerful gingerol this is it. It was just too strong for me. It’s really a good product.
