Will this lens work with the D3200? & what are the differences between it and the one it came with?

Yes, works with the D3200. The lens it comes with is 18-55mm so it stops where this one starts in terms of zoom. All other features are similar such as VR. I bought a refurbished lens and it was in perfect / like-new condition.

The lens came with a lens cap and the back cover.

Will this autofocus with a Nikon d60?

It will work perfectly. AF-S means it has internal focus motor inside the lens. This lens will work with ALL DX Nikons.
