I love ginger tea.
When I first found this tea in the store and started to run low, I checked Amazon and have been ordering it for a few years now. This tea is great during the day. Yet, when I drink it an hour before bed I seem to sleep better and it also helps you use the bathroom with ease in the morning.

Great Alterative to Coffee
I really enjoy this Green Tea. A Co-Worker introduced me to to this a couple months ago. I have since bought (2) quantities of this Tea, one for the office and the other for home. Easy to make, either Hot or, over Ice and you can really take things up a notch by adding some mint or, a shot of Jameson. I would have given this a 5-star however, the individual pouches are a bit tricky to open due to a thin but, very strong moisture barrier membrane inside the pouch. Half the time I have to use scissors. I hope this helps and enjoy in Good Health.

Pocas Honey Ginger Tea
Best tea ever. I like the ginger/green tea the best. The ginger gives the tea just enough "zing" to make it extra tasty. Will always have this on hand. Highly recommend especially if you want a little more flavor out of your tea.
