finally these are the ones I wanted, I tested so many and could not fin the right one or the right size, but I found this one and it is just right and there is no big bulk in the rear end which shows when you are wearing pants, some I cannot wear with pants or jeans because it shows a big bunch of bulk in the rear end. but these don't have that and to me that is the most important.

Very comfortable and truly does what it promises. The absorbency is outstanding — it keeps you dry all day with no leaks, even during extended use. The material is soft, gentle on the skin, and doesn’t cause irritation. The XL size fits perfectly, providing good support without feeling tight or bulky. It looks discreet under clothing and doesn’t make noise when moving, which adds a lot of confidence when wearing it outside the house. Highly recommended for incontinence or postpartum use. I would definitely buy this again.
