Delicious and highly addictive

Here’s the short answer. It’s AMAZING. Here’s the long answer, I hate mayo. I think it’s gross and prefer miracle whip. (I hope you read that with an H) I discovered this mayo through a YouTube cook channel and the dude was RAVING about this mayo. I trust this youtuber. He’s funny, he makes me laugh and he makes me forget that I’m at the weird age where 25 is where people say “you’re not young anymore you got to your sh*t together.” (Even though I don’t have it together) So when he obsessed over I must say, he peaked my curiosity. So I looked it up and saw the $10 f$&@ing price tag!? I was like woah woah woah buddy you gonna unlock my mind 100% like that limitless movie starring Bradley Cooper!? Nevertheless, I convinced myself to purchase the mayo respecting how Japan really takes the time with their food. If they charge this much, there’s a reason. So it came in and I tasted it. Yeah it’s mayo.. OR SO I THOUGHT. Immediately there was more of an eggy taste to it. (It’s because they use egg yolk instead of the full egg) But something happened. Dear, Amazon shopper it was like I was in a movie. It felt like a romantic movie, where a man discovers me and wants to make me famous... (wait that’s Bradley Coopers A STAR IS BORN) Anyway, I saw myself always putting in on everything. It became an addiction. I started to crave it. I craved it in all my sandwiches, burgers, tacos you name it. It got me, I was a single man not looking and this mayo was the woman who changed me. And this change.. it tasted like the first time on the third date playa. I showed it my girlfriend and she thought the same but then SHE started to put it on everything. It sneaks up on you. And it’s amazing. You should definitely try it because now it’s one of my favorite condiments. You won’t feel any HANG OVER with this one. (Okay that was the Bradley Cooper reference) Hope this helped and hope you have an amazing day because you’re cool and awesome. They used to live in a different city which had way more culinary options and so I got spoiled. Now I rely on Amazon to fulfill those needs for pantry supplies. If you're comparing different kinds of mayonnaise technically there's not a huge difference between the flavor of any of them but if you have the option to have the one that tastes the absolute best in your sandwich, why not. You might think I'm weird but I like mixing hot sauce and this mayonnaise to make a dipping sauce for fries. I basically use this mayonnaise in anything that I use mayonnaise in that you will be able to taste the actual mayonnaise. There are a few dishes where once you mix everything together it doesn't make much difference, like a big thing of potato salad. But a small egg salad sandwich I think it does make a difference because there's less ingredients. I use dukes for everything else in case anyone was wondering. The second best mayonnaise out there in my opinion. Technically the best is homemade but I don't put in that effort very often.

I like the taste of this mayo. It is slightly sweeter than your typical American mayo. It has no artificial after taste, I did not think it tasted eggy. I most frequently use it on sandwiches. I like how the bottle dispences it in a narrow ribbon so I can control how much I use. Update: I now have about 1/3 of the content left in the bottle. It has become quite difficult to squeeze the mayo out of the bottle. I think I will have to cut the bottle to get the last few tablespoons out of it. Ali Julia review
