Great texture and flavour
Good product, excellent for cookies, cake bases, bread, but not very fine for ideal macarons- you will need to sieve it, which will give approx. 1/3 of leftovers not suitable for macarons, but still perfect to use for cookies or cakes. Good, flavour is nice, flour is very fresh, good expiry date.

Really fine almond flour for baking.
I found this flour to be fine (not gritty) and tasty. I'm on my second pack now and use it to bake muffins, pancakes etc and they've all tasted great so I'm really happy with this product and will keep on ordering it!

Excellent! It’s actually 9g carbs per 100grams, I asked the company to clarify who answered quite quickly and forgot to deduct the fibre; so it’s good for Keto.

Perfect for macarons
This is the second time I have made this purchase. I use it for macarons, friandes and other baking items that requires almond flour. It works and tastes perfect.

Nutritional values impossible to read on the package
I’ve bought the product for ketogenic diet, need to calculate the macronutrients, but it’s impossible to read the nutritional value on the package. It’s a joke, really. And my vision is just well.

I bought this to make cake and bread. Whenever I try to make dough out of this flour, it is falling into crumbles. Impossible to make thick, smooth dough with it. I wouldn't buy it again.

Saveur bon, je viens de commencer une diète cétogène, donc j'avais un peu de peur pour remplacer la farine de blé, ça ne marche pas trop. Mais pour l'instant, cette marque me satisfait.
