It is challenging to keep going with your demanding workouts naturally day after day. I have combined these arginine caps along with my bcaa before workouts and it gives a good pump. Also, the vascularity has improved and targeted muscle feel like they are going to burst after a few sets. Overall great product at this price. I hope it is free of heavy metals which it seems!
