When my 101 year old mother lost her hearing aide, and it would take up to two weeks to replace it, we were desperate. We turned to Amazon and discovered dozens of amplifiers. We found the one listed here (which even took her batteries) and took a shot. Much to our surprise, she proclaimed this to be even better than her original hearing aides. While I cannot personally attest to the sound quality, I can easily state that Mom heard us.As an added note, Mom accidentally tore the best silicon fitting ear piece. I reached out to customer service, and a new one immediately came in the mail -- no issue and no charge.

Small and almost invisable in the ear, this hearing amplifier works well. I bought one to try out and will buy two. My issue is not being able to hear the person with whom I am speaking in situations background noise such as resaurants. One of the settings works surpisingly well for my needs. Knowing that my parents each paid $5,000.00 for their hearing aids, if these don't eliminate the need to get those aids eventually, they will certainly put it off for any years. The batteries are inexpensive and each lasts about a week. After using one battery, I lost my amplifier and really miss it. I will order the again.

This is my first attempt to improve my hearing. After reading many, many reviews I almost gave up on the idea.By accident I stumbled upon this Digital Hearing Amplifier. I am so glad I did. It takes a little getting used to it.This Hearing Aid has 3 modes and 8 levels of volume per mode. Lots of options and very easy to use.Now I can hear the birds chirping outside of my windows and my front door is creaking. Finally I can hear!

Excellent Hearing Aid. I can here Beeps from Microwave Oven again.This is very reasonably priced.In my opinion, there is no need to pay THOUSANDS of DOLLARS to an Audiologist.Will recommend to anyone with age related hearing loss.

I have borderline hearing loss, so no audiologist would fit me with a hearing aid. However, I know that I struggle in certain situations, so I wanted to see if this hearing aid would help. In fact, it has reduced the number of times I say "what?" during the day...which is fabulous! I do take it out in noisy situations, waaay to loud. If you have borderline hearing loss and need some help, for 100 bucks, this might be the answer for you.

The device works very well. The key to its effectiveness is choosing the right 'Dome' to prevent feedback. There are six domes, 3 different sizes of ordinary domes and 3 different sizes of 'open' domes. You must use the one that best fits the size of the opening to your ear canal and then all 'whistling' feedback will be eliminated. the devices are packaged with an email address on the outside of the box. If you have any difficulty, email 'ROSA' at that address and she will help you with setup and use. She will respond the next day and will do so until you are comfortable with your device. She is very dependable and goes above and beyond what I was expecting to make sure you are satisfied.

Great service. They send me email and ask if I know how to use it or if I have any questions. They also give me great details on how to use it and handle it. I am happy to have it, it's clear. I am now able to hear others clearly. Also, it's easy to use and it looks good. Many people don't even realize I am wearing a hearing aid. Most importantly, I can communicate with others easily and happily.

Easy to use, easy to choose the right top for your ear.Definitely a "Hearing Amplifier" and NOT a Hearing Aid, but helps tremendously in a bind.Very good feedback filter. Easy Volume Control, can use in Left it Right Ear.It is so comfortable that I sometimes forget I am wearing it compared to a $5000 CUSTOM FIT, CUSTOM MOLDED, ITC (IN THE CANAL) HEARING AID.I wish the volume went a bit louder, and it tends to eat batteries faster than my Custom Hearing Aid. I get 3-4 days out of a Hearing Aid Battery out of my Custom Hearing Aids, at best, I get about 2 days, maybe 2&1/2 days out of Hearing Aid Batteries with this Amplifier.
