I bought this to use as a topping for cheesecake. It didn't disappoint! The flavor is intense, and tastes like fruit not sugar. It was just soft enough to make a good topping. The best jam I've had with no added sugar.

Mostly berries and not very sweet, which I love. All natural, organic and from Italy!After I sauté lamb chops or a steak, I will use some of this berry spread in the pan, either by itself or with garlic, sherry and herbs mixing with juices from the meat to make a yummy gravy. The apricot spread, or peach, is great with chicken using it in similar fashion or as a coating mixed with whatever your preference. Delicious. Not just for toast!
