OTC 5190A Heavy-Duty U-Joint Puller

Anyone who works on heavy trucks and have to replace u joints should have this. Yes there are a lot of different ways to do the job and old timers will say you are wasting your money but when I brought this into work and blew the u joint out in a min with no effort I shocked all of them. It was worth every penny I spent on it. And I want to add I work on heavy trucks for the state so everything we own is covered and heavily corroded with salt and this took it out with no prob. Great product. Worked just as promised. You must pay attention to alignment when using. I think that is where the complainers of this product fail. I removed original u joints from1986!!!!!

This makes the job super easy. I just got done replacing the u-joints in one of my military trucks (M1081) and this thing made it a one person job. It's a must have for any mechanic!!

Item is heavy duty and does a great job

The puller appears to be well built. I like it was made to remove multiple u-joint styles.

Cup on puller did not have enough lip and legs would roll off u-joint on Spicer 250 series driveline. Had to modify cup off a regular 5190 to work on 5190A to keep it from rolling off u-joint. Not sure if the one I got was screwed up was suppose to be that way to accept an even larger driveline.

Now I have used it on three u-,Joints it works great I used my 3/4 air gun on it with it works fine
